Definately not harsh. Not one of them has put a penny of their own money in. If I performed badly in my job I would have to explain to my boss and detail how I would try to turn it around. If it continued then I would be sacked.
That is the point we are now at with Vela. A detailed RNS on what the remaining money is to be used for and how they intent to maximise investor profits.

I was suckered in to believe that JN was the top dog. His investments have been worse than average so far. KNB and possibly AZD1656 may make me think differently.
I will be positive when Vela give me something to be positive about. At the moment they are not.

The results where only encouraging. I can't help but think that the only reason the SP has tanked since the RNS is because encouraging is not good enough.

Have to admit the SP is very dissapointing. We have had some good news flow and still the SP goes down. The bottom does seem to be 0.7p for now and hopefully we close about that range today. Most Aim shares have had a very poor run the last 6 months.

Yes, you woud think SGS should be working overtime to get this over the line.

SGS will release news first, followed by Vela, probably a couple of days later.

I am still very uneasy about SGS selling all their Vela shares if transformational news is about to be dropped and Velas SP significantly increasing.

I am massively dissapointed in my Vela investment but the commercial deal news is down to SGS. We will only report news after they have made anything public.
Our poorly performing other investments and poor communication with shareholders is all down too Vela. We seem to sit with a large chunk of money in the bank for large periods of time. If we ever get too 0.1p again then I will be out. I prefer I company that updates shareholders on progress via social media. That way you feel progress is being made Inbetween RNS, s.

Just the standard bore from Vela on a Monday morning and probably continue all week.
If the commercial deal is positive from SGS then there will be a massive sell off here.

Solstace, you said the trial was stopped 2 months after it started. Was this the first trial or like ours phase 2?

So do we think our results are not quite as impressive or SGS would have gone straight for emergency authorisation. I do not know anything about how medical trials work.

Yes I cant see why a consolidation will change much, surely the market cap would be the same. SGS news is the only thing that will change the SP here.

Going on the right direction?
Well down on a number of our investments and now more than half the share price of 2 weeks ago. What am I missing from the latest RNS that to suggest we are going in the tight direction.

That's the problem, we do not know the length of delay. There may be a deal in the coming days or we could be waiting a year. Surely as covid is still bad around the world we need everyone pushing this through. We where told via 2 RNS we would get results of phase 2 and got very little in the way of info. Vela must know from SGS what's happening and what the 2 million in the bank is for but they really dflo not seem to care about the current decline in SP.
