I don't happen to agree there is a massive buyer and i think we are undervalued but that's UFO,s doing. We need to get positive news flow again and to hear from the new guy in charge.

Well there both up for the day, if it was that bad then we both CIZ and Vela would have dropped further. At the end of the day the update has only confirmed that the talks are still ongoing.

944Turbo, this is why I do not agree that it is MMs and some sort of manipulation of the SP to fill somebody's buy order. The SP is dropping because we have had no news and a new CEO in place that has yet to inform us of how he plans to take UFO forwards.
Until any news is announced the SP will continue to be stagnant and possibly trickle lower.

They may well be doing other things, but not for Vela. They have other interests and I would say Vela is the bottom of their list.

Cornerstone as well today. There has been numerous RNS releases from the companies we are invested in. Yet we get nothing from Novus. Just like the new director, they ate picking up a wage at are expense for nothing.

As we have said before, they will probably never come out and call it a dud directly. Discussions for a deal may just continue for the foreseeable. Who really knows how these medical trials and deals are carried out.
Hopefully our BOD are bothered enough to ask the right questions and then give us some sort of timeline or closure. They have not so far so i don't hold my breath. Easier for them i suppose when it is not there own money that is worth a fraction of what they have invested.

On the telegram group, one of the members had also had contact with Vela that had indicated a meeting between Vela and SGS, this week or next.
Yes, i suspect the SP will drop into the 0.01s if the news is confirmed as a dud, regardless if its priced in or not. At this point i would just like to be informed, either way. Patience has long gone with this one and we are almost a year on from the successful trial.

i wonder if there really is going to be a meeting between SGS and Vela this week. lets hope either way, good or bad we can finally get an outcome on the trial. Most of us are hanging around for some kind of update so we can either sell up or stay in for the very long term.

On a more positive note, CODE is doing well and even ENSI is holding its own. I have no intention of a LTH here but for those that are, they look like good investments.

That's my worry. SGS finally gets announced as a dud, so no deal. SP will fall even further even though its already priced in. As we have very little money left, the clowns then do a placing at the new lowly SP and continue to make bad investment.

The BOD have nor made one purchase. That speaks volumes to me. I have made a serious error in topping up 2 weeks ago. Refuse to sell at such a loss till we get our final SGS update.

So we are valued about right when you take in a small loss for the incompetence of our BOD.

Sadly there is nothing unfair about it. Our BOD have wasted over 3 million on nothing but a gamble and most of our investments are pathetic.

All the more reason too get these clowns voted out. Why should they earn a good loving from Vela when all our investments are worthless

If we called an EGM could we force them to share more info regarding the trial?
I would imagine they would just stay quiet as SGS are in control of things. I find it hard to believe Vela are completely y in the dark. They certainly shouldn't be with 2.7 million invested.

Apart from what I have just googled does anybody have and experience or knowledge in calling and EGM.
I suppose the first step would be too find out if its just a few investors that are intetested in getting rid of our BOD or the majority.
In my opinion it's pointless coming on BBs and social media moaning and not acting on it.
We need answers regarding the SGS trial so we can either move on or some can stay invested for the very long term to see how the other investments perform.

Like I said before, I have emailed Vela and SGS recently. They are happy to ignore me. They gladly pick up their wages every month and have not invested a penny of their own money. That is why they could not care less about the SP now or in 6 months time. Its just jobs for the boys, playing around with other people's money and not having too put much effort in.
Why did we need another board member? It's just somebody else earning a living off the back of Vela for doing nothing. It's a joke at our expense.
We need to get together and vote them all out.
