If Vela will not answer the question, who do we contact for clarification on the sale?

I don't think they can pick and choose when to release information. Especially when Laiker was a director at the time of the last pump too 0.04. So they would have had to release the sale. He sold today at 0.04, but how?

I have to admit I am not the cleverest lad but I just don't get it. How can somebody dump their shares at more than double the current SP.
It make no sense. Who has bought them. Who can answer these question if Vela are claiming not to know. We are clearly not going to get any answers from Laiker.

To be fair I was joking but somebody bought them. Same when SGS sold their Vela shares. Where have they gone, they can't just vanish.

I bet there was some small print is his contract when he came back onboard as a director.
If he held a position of director for 3 months or more then he was allowed to dispose of sll shares for 0.04. 3 months done, double the SP paid and £20000 in wages. Shocking.

If she can resign for being incompotent then so can Brent and JN.

Because the only director with any shares that might actually care about the SP has just walked out and sold all his shares. What has he seen to make him quit and sell up. Can't be good whatever it is.

I am definately not a mining expert but how can we be should ready in early 2023 for Han****. I am sure we can all read a calendar and see we are soon heading into November. Still we wait for multiple updates. When they evehtualky come they best blow our socks off or the SP wikll get hammered.

Not really a shock as we have just had a placing at this price. Since then we have the quietest news flow since I first bought into UFO in some of the most turbulent markets for years. All we can hope is the silence is due to the BOD getting on with their jobs and making deals.

I for one am in agreement with Chris2. There is no guarantee the AA deal will happen. If, for whatever reason it fails then yes the SP will get hammered.
I am on the side of it going ahead though but its not feigned sealed and delivered, yet.

The directors estimate that the contract will not be realised within 12 months of the reporting date and so the asset has been classified as non-current.

So nothing happening with AZD1656 for at least 12 months. Our average price in MODE is 50p.

In a previous RNS the BOD also said they where encouraged by discussions with CFCS and Mode. Are they that blind and care free as they have dropped off a cliff since these meetings.

It was a complete gamble and will be at least 12 months till we get anything back. There is no vindication. It was a waste of a massive amount of money. Doubled up by throwing money into Igraine.

Let's be honest, of our 13 investments we have made, only CODE is any good. I appreciate the markets have been rubbish and most shares are down. Let's remember though that the people incharge are supposed to be good at this. They are not your ordinary PIs like us that are looking to make a few quid on risky AIM investments. They are paid handsomely to make investments. I was under the impression that JN may have contacts and access to investments that us humble investors may not have access too. How wrong could I be. They probably will not invest any more though as they do not want there cash cow to end and us to run out of money in the bank.

At least when there are no trades the SP can't go down.
I am sure the BOD are copying and pasting the last quarterly update as we speak. A change of the date required only and another £20000 earnt each. Easy money and work if you can get it.

The regular updates and good comms has always been one of the positives for me of being a UFO holder. This has all changed since Rod McIllree came onboard. It could be argued that why release pointless RNS releases if there is nothing to report. Also, he has invested £250000 of his own money and potentially agreed a deal with AA in his short time onboard. The recent silence may also be because a deal is being made in the background.
Personally though I preferred the regular mini updates on all projects.

No excuses now. They need to start delivering decent shareholder value. Still holding and still confident but starting to get a tad annoyed with the silence.
