It's shocking what they are being paid but there is nothing we can do about it. Even if all PIs vote. It would not be enough to vote them out.
They have performed shockingly in their roles and should be sacked or offer their resignations.

I honestly do not know why we have 4 people on the payroll. What do they all do? We are hardly buying and selling on a regular basis. Hardly updating investors with regular comms. Carrying out due diligence? That's worked out well so far.

The problem with voting laiker and a JN out is that we would be left with Brent.

I don't think anybody can deny that news has slowed since Rod came onboard. The comms was always very good with UFO and I hoped this may continue under new leadership. Hopefully it is still just a settling in period and is leading upto some major news soon.

In fairness I don't think any level of positivity will result in an increase in the SP here.
Without sounding to patronising I would suggest not throwing huge amounts of money at highly speculative shares like Vela in the first place.
Like you, I am way down and find the BOD here to be totally incompotent and clueless. However, it was me that decided to invest and me that decided not too sell out in profit when we hit 0.12.
There will be another pump and dump at some point. Wait till then and minimise your losses.

I am expecting some sort of update soon regarding the 2nd September RNS. Not really sure what and/or what affect it will have on the SP. Doubt we can go much lower but it is Vela, so always a chance.
SGS is dead for at least 12 months, so they need to do something.

It would be in typical Vela style to release a RNS saying that they do not expect any progress for at least 8 months. I sell my shares, 2 days later a commercial deal is announced.

Brent and JN should be resigning. Let Laiker babysit our current investments. At least he has lots of shares so its in his own interest to increase share holder value.

Roy they do answer emails to be fair, fairly rapidly. The answers are poorly worded and nothing we do not already know but they do answer.

Yes, I don't doubt it and added yesterday when I sold one of my other duffer shares.
I woke up on the wrong side of the bed and was dissapointed not to see the red dot again. We seem to be waiting on lots of news and have been hurt by the recent placing. So only pointing out that it's no suprise where the SP is today.
