People are selling because we have had a nice rise last week. What exactly have we been told in the last 12 months? We have continually been told talks are ongoing by SGS. We have made a number of average and poor investments and the BOD are still quite. The investments might come good in time but I get why they are selling. I personally am not as I still think a commercial deal will come at some point.

Would not like to be out of this over the long weekend.

The last couple of days trading has been very strange. No RNS would suggest it was just another pump and dump. Hopefully we can stay above 0.03 and then push onto 0. 06 when news does come from SGS.

Our MODE investment is worth next to nothing. Hopefully there is something in the movement up and it's SGS related. Trades have not been massive though so doubt its a leak of news. Also CIZ is not doing alot. If it was to do with the trial then that would be on the move also.

His silence is certainly not helping. It shows that PIs are not really that important in his thoughts.
I suppose if he gets the job done then it matters not.

The rise was most definately not because of MODE.

0.48 is definately possible. Most of the time after a placing the SP will drop below the Placing price.

Don't think so as the new CEO bought his as part of the Placing.

No problem buying on barclays. Not that I am but just did a dummy buy.

Looks like Brent has had no issue using money from his piggy bank today.

Now the directors have bought in does that mean we are in a closed period? Or is it different when they take part in a placing?

All very depressing. When I first invested 2 years ago I thought JN would be good at picking investments. Then we invested a large amount in a Covid trial. I still thought the lowest we would see on a failed trial would be 0.03. Yet, here we are about to start trading in the 0.01s on a supposed successful trial.
I agree it was always high risk and I certainly only invested money I was willing to lose. Still does not make it and easier to watch the SP decline every day whilst our BOD seem to really not be bothered at all. Their wages are still getting paid but they should be embarrassed at how poorly they are performing. Will they care, probably not.

Probably not now we have had an update.

At the end of the day the trial did not achieve what they where hoping, more trials required. We might still get some money back, we might get zero. We are still in the dark and maybe will be for some time, that's why the SP is dropping back.

Although the trial did not achieve its primary endpoint, AZD1656 was associated with a decrease in deaths and a reduction in the duration of hospitalisation, as compared to Placebo. Immunophenotyping and immunochemistry indicated an immunomodulatory effect of AZD1656. The trial suggests a beneficial therapeutic effect of AZD1656 and identifies a new therapeutic concept: small molecule activation of endogenous homeostatic immune cells which themselves become the therapeutic agent within the body. Phase 2 trials of this size carry the risk of false positive results and confirmation of these results in a larger clinical trial is now required.

Cant blame anybody for selling. if they have bought at our all time low and made a small profit, then good luck too them. Also cannot blame any LTH for selling. We have had a small rise yesterday and the update from the trial was hardly ground breaking. On the positive side, the trial has not been declared a dud and is still in play.
