Not really the 2 RNS updates I was hoping too see when I topped up yesterday morning. The trial is still in play which is a good thing but dissapointed that talks are still on going and we still have no deal.
Unsure about the appointment of our new/old director to the BOD. Yes, he has lots of shares so should have an interest in getting a more healthy SP. However, last time he was on the BOD we needed a complete restructure due to his and Brents incompetence. Is it just Brent getting his mate in for an easy £5000 a month salary. Hopefully not but time will tell. We have very little money left for new investments so desperately need money back from the SGS trial or the inevitable fundraise will not be far off.

No it has not sold. As snowdrops has said, Vela would legally have to release this information via a RNS.

Have you thought about starting a share school with your pearls of wisdom. You might even be able to get a job on the Vela BOD.

Yes agreed. We have put all our eggs in one basket. If the trial is a dud then there will be massive dillution and a discount to the current SP. Some of our other investments might come good in the future but short term(12 months) its all about AZD1656. Remember thete are still alot of shareholders that have been invested for 2 years and have very high averages. Me included, this needs to multibag from now for us to even break even.
The Bods have shown so far they could not care less about the current SP. This is backed up by not a single buy in with any of their own cash.

As the SP as dropped from 0.14 to 0.0285 your hunch I suspect is right.

Or an update why all the board members have resigned from one of our investments. Or even better still some sort of time line on what is happening with the trial. How long realistically should commercial talks take. Are we also not due our next quarterly update.

So the question is why have the 4 main men from igraine just resigned.

Agree, our BOD need to explain why they thought it was such a solid investment, only a matter of a few weeks ago.
They would not all resign if a deal was about to be announced in the next few months.

You might be right. The £2 trades have doubled too £4. Somebody knows something and would not be throwing that kind of money about on a whim.

The big question for me regarding Vela and AZD1656. Are we invested in any future uses for AZ1656 or just the Covid trial. Please correct me if I am wrong but did CIZ not release an RNS informing investors they would receive money if AZ1656 was then used further down the line for other treatments. Does the same apply for us invested in Vela.
