My view is that people who jumped in looking for a quick profit have mainly jumped out again, while those who believe this was a good price to get in in anticipation of good news are likely to stay. The difficulty is with momentum as potential new buyers may consider that they can get in at a lower price later in the day / week.

Well bottled, let's look at the evidence. His monika suggests he likes to think of himself as a leader, a champion, an athlete. This suggests to me nostalgia and regret for not making the grade when he had the chance. indeed it suggest to me he is well past the age where any such achievement is now possible. His decision to post negatively and undermine the optimism and hope of some on this board suggests to me that he has chosen the colour yellow subconsciously to represent his jealousy and cowardice. This implicit bitterness puts him into his seventies i feel. But perhaps you think he is more like seven?

Hi Robbie, there is a reasonable possibility of good news coming from CASP in the near future but it is a a bit speculative to say the least. I have no strong ideas about where the price of oil is going in the next year or so, but at present CASP sells at local prices, but can sell at international prices from June of this year onwards

You can get a definite buy price but not a firm sell price. A bit more pullback going on

as the sell price is up a fraction and you can no longer get a firm buy quote

buy and sell prices and the spread seems to be narrowing, so I think we are hitting a pause now, or even a slight retrace

before jumping the 14p hurdle. It is still difficult to get a firm electronic quote from my broker ( I have kept a small amount in cash so I can test the water), so there is plenty of interest out there still.

The 13.75 was me, moving my holding up to 100%, so last buy of the day. I may take some profits later.

I don't think anyone really knows, Mr Cautious. If you are buying heavily (as I am this morning - just put in another order which is pending) then it is a full time job and you need to sit in front of the screen all day. Just at the minute, however, it is clearly on another speculative rise, and money is there to be made. Later today, I may have a different opinion

I only paid 13.28p to top up this morning. I am now two thirds in CASP. As Warren Buffet says - when it's raining money put out a bucket not a thimble

but that is to be expected. Finger still wavering. The name, Adenuf, is not to do with my uncertainty, but rather a belief that markets are fundamentally uncertain in nature.

Hi bottled, went out for a walk in the morning, but managed to up my holding in CASP in the afternoon to about 50% when I found out what was going on for an average of about 12.5. I had about a 5% holding yesterday. What is going on there by the way?? No rational explanations on any of the discussion boards apart from references to imaginary RNSs, takeovers etc. I am going to have to watch like a hawk in the morning ; thanks for the original tip.

my ii account showed the same but has now corrected itself. ii sometimes goes a bit haywire near the close. I find if you wait until 5pm it sorts itself out. I am still waiting for a post which explains today's rise. Could it just be irrational exuberance?

to buy some CASP which has had rather an exciting day. If its rise continues in the morning I may transfer the rest.

As another irritated ex - MF customer can i agree in general about their forecasts, but notice that CEY is in fact coming up nicely today - perhaps just a coincidence!

The divi payment in sterling depends on the exchange rate on April 6th. My divi will go into my iSA and converted at the prevailing exchange rate on the day. If you hold in a trading account then it will be up to you to decide when to convert it into sterling since it will come in dollars. I think it will be about 7.5p
