Marketing - you mean presentation in HK, House of Lords, Munich onocolgy speech, Edinburgh presentation, next weeks presentation, Align research, Boston seminar. 401 does work with pear review and in JV talks 201 better than expected and moving to higher dose, plus wrapping up and commercialising this year 301 saw 50% reduction in legion growth I think more people should spend more time NOT listening to others talk shite on BB’s and follow more closely the RNS, plus detract your mind from the hour by hour price.

So 401, an RNS will arrive saying deal done and here are the terms or talks collapsed. Anything else will not be mentioned by RNS. The exception will be in a presentation probably saying still ongoing, but this is not regulatory binding statement, neither are dates and tomescale said in a presentation. They are just best endeavours guide.

Valju What do they say? We are in talks re 401? They cant expand on that unles its a done deal and signed or game over and failed. Frustrating, yes but thats just how it is.

Freddie, if we get 401 jv deal and money in the bank, along with todays progress, l feel in light of past bad experiences, there is everything to then play for in VAL for the medium to long term and now is probably the best time to invest in the last 10 years! Hard for people to shake off the past and look impartially at the progress.... me included and l will be investing more soon. To put in perspective, the market cap is £3.4mn and a pharma would write a cheque tomorrow for a multiple of this to buy the patent rights to all the compounds.

Sj it is hoped for 401 but not a definite written in stone deadline, as negoyiations often run over. Todays news is excellent in its progress but we need to see the money!

Well we dont know, but they are presenting soon and whatever with a 401 deal, we will get a progress report next week. The radio silence l presume could be because they are in a closed period 201 is going very well we are told, its just all about the money now which is why we LTH’s worry.

I don’t think there will be a 401 update anytime soon. There is the investor presentation though. My focus is on June when we get 201 update.

We are expecting news eo 1st qtr, but l cant see a formal RNS to say that, except for in the Edin seminar which is non regulatory.

If we are making progress, we get the positive news and receive share value back then they can have a pay rise! I don’t what the big deal is with their salaries as l earn more than GM.

But do you and others realise they can’t publicly disclose price sensitive discussions, talks etc not to mention the damage that would do in terms of PR and lost face with prospective partners and clients. Quite simply put ip or shut up or sell.
