Obelix They are using a reputable and experienced US third party firm for the compound negotiations, but the name l forget. They are scientists afterall and as much as criticised on here, they know their shortcomings and employing professionals to do the deals.

Tired Actually, WDC have had a stack of bond conversions in October last year and dilution just like VAL. Up 80% today and probably fly again tomorrow. Funnily enough, there 52 week range is 0.15p to a high of 12.15p. Just shows how things can turn a sixpence. VAL with 401 and particularly 201 is a potential multibagger.

Tony, VAL didn’t promise anything and how could they when external parties are influencing matters? They hoped to have 401 concluded by EOM, but it was not a guarantee - just a hope, so noone bet your house on it! Anything in a formal RNS is concrete, hearsay or in presentations is a guide and not formally binding. There is a presentation EOM which is concrete and may provide som nice snippets in the wag of updates. The Q&A is always the best part as investors ask straight questions.

What has changed at VAL with its compounds? Nothing at all. The SP detatched from the IP and progress to date, which is simply drifting for lqck of news. Like you Valju l’m still a buyer and holder. Lots of scaremongering on Twitter which is quite out of order.
