You have to borrow - placing, loan etc. Don’t give me the salary argument cos without paying them the fair wage for their position we wouldnt have 4 compounds, all going strong, 401 in a deal, 201 - the higher the dosage the stronger the positive results and now 301 with 50% decrease in Endo legion growth!

Dracula I think what Valju has tried to organise is commendable, but l think the RNS was more to do with meeting expectations after GM stated they hoped for further updates by EOM - we certainly got it! Wow, for a Bio capped at just £3.5mn, this is quite something. I would expect, sell 55% of Valiseek to the 401 partners, use the funds to support the other compounds to Pll and then rinse and repeat with the other compounds. Don’t forget that there will still be royalties from 401, as this would just be a cash upfront payment. No more placings too! VAL will not attempt Plll as the optimal point of commercialisation is at Pll

Well that is a natural result Isle. If a placing is likely, it will have to happen to survive, but only an idiot would turn off the funding tap mow in terms of progress with the compound development, plus 401 cash injection so near now. No gain without pain as weigh****chers would say! Saying that, l am confident the cavalry are ready and on the hills ready to charge to our rescue.

Why would we need a fund raise for Valiseek? 401 is being co-financed by partners. Thats the whole point of a JV deal. You develop it as far as you can and then sell it on in whatever guise. Its now just waiting for the money to start coming in.

Well £2mn would spike the market cap by 40%! I don’t think people have digested the significance of todays news. VAL has moved from a Bio RnD company to a Commercial Business with cashflow to follow. The money from 401 deal and payback by Valiseek will fund 201 and 301 in there entirety to Plll l would have thought. Goodbye placing, or perhaps one more maybe.

Yeah, more than happy for them to raise another £500k if we get £5mn back. The recent dilution now becomes somewhat of an irrelevance as they have a commercial deal on the table to stop the rot.

That would be nice, but surely a % of the potential market? Wasn’t Aligns target 10.62p first target based on past deals with 401 and small % valuation for 201. Lets have a good presentation this week, more 401 partners announced and cracking 201 update in June! Hope we get some good press on these - perhaps an updated Align note with further derisking in 401 JV intent and 201 / 301 upbeat updates

For me, today with 401 commercialisation intent, 201 on track and 301 with news showing a 50% reduction in Endo legions, VAL has gone turned the corner. Did you see the price tick up ;)

But what we do know is that there is no financial commitment for VAL, the letter of intent is being signed on two continents, VAL own 55.5%, Plll is being funded to market. IPO, royalties, license, cash upfront (which GM said in Edinburgh was not the sticking point). We can all sigh a little relief that 1 of the 4 compounds is being commercialised, so not jam tomorrow.
