We all want these compounds to succeed for fighting this biggest 21st century killer and at the same time we can also make a profit. Patience, faith and trust, if not in the BoD as directors then as scientists and put trust in the PR negotiators hired to attempt to get us top dollar.

No Valju its not, but there will be non-disclosure until final contract is signed off IMHO. I want to see a couple more LoI’ signed with Far East partners first and then we can all see the terms of contract. Remember GM said an upfront payment was not the issue at the Edinburgh seminar. Its the royalties / licensing deal that is paramount as that creates long term cash flow and DCF calculations can be constructed. Of course like all, l also want to see the pounds and pence of the 401 announced, which will in due time this year l believe.

This was just a research note of an investment where VAL OWN 55.5%, so not sure why many are getting their knickers in twist. Its actually positive news and the start of CTlll is irrelevant as its the package that VAL / SEEK will receive which is important and add shareholder value, which will happen this year before CTlll. Its now a free ride for VAL after financing finished last year for what we wait now is moving from Lol to contract with hopefully cash upfront, milestones and royalties to follow upon completion of CTlll. This is sound confirmation that things are progressing well with 401, the rest is just noise and conjecture. “Investment summary: VAL appears to be under-appreciated by the market.” The start date of the CTlll is irrelevant at this juncture as the whole idea was to commercialise after CTll and that is what they have done / are doing. VAL201 is why most are invested here and the last CT is coming to a close.

The next start of the CT is irrelevant, its the when the LoI is agreed in to final binding contract and the terms, plus parties named. Additionally no mire 401 funding necessary.

The Sunday Times is not really the right platform, but the bio seminars in Berlin - Onocology seminar, China - peptide conference, Lords Life Science seminar, peer journals are, which is what they are doing. They have hired a US PR company to orchestrate the compound sales. As a small bio they are making big impressions, but the SP will not budge without more buying volume, deals or both. 401 is at the finish line now, just need to get over it

Perhaps wait for the next update - AGM, 201 update, 401 partners. The value is what a buyer / partner is prepared to pay but if you look at the Align research note, there are examples of similar deals done previously, albeit we have unique products.

Valju Yes 401 deal should be an 8 figure and 201 a 9 figure sum

10mn traded now and all buying by the looks of things. I’m fully invested now and out of dry powder.

Align target was an initial 10p and then 20p after 201 derisked.
