Nomlungu - the mood is positive apart from the dilution. I am long with a good holding and simply not letting the doomsayers talk about the end is nigh! We have financing, albeit not great but at an average of close to 1p, it certainly isn’t over is it! Sorry to those on much higher averages - that is painful. I can understand that and agree on 201 and 301. I wonder if 301 as someone suggested could be fast tracked and piggy back off 201. Also if CTl/ll for 201 is excellent (I guess 50 PSA reduction or more) whether we can tie up sooner with a partner? The optimum dosage for 201 l guess will be known now. And lets not forget 401 and what the deal is with the US and Euro partners. I am trying to remember where the other patents were - was it Australia, China, india and Russia? Perhaps these are the other 4 LoI’s?

Sorry to hear that Minnissage. I guess thats the difference on the BB’s as some recent investors and those that have averaged down who are on very low averages can see the light at the end of the tunnel and a potential profit, but many sadly so distant at higher levels are too far away and will never even break even, with some (not saying you Minnissage) become very angry and then start personal attacks on other posters and the BoD’s.

Valju Why not raise your concerns about the financing at the AGM? The financing deal will have been a board decision in conjunction with the nomad, not just GM’s decision on his own. What does everyone think VAL are saying to their 401 partners and potential 201 partners - “we have this financing facility in place but don’t really want to use it, please sign now”

Thanks Chris, that was my original thinking too. The science and positive progress is the deciding point for my investment initially, not to mention the benefits to all after our family members and friends lost through this horrible disease. I can live with the 213mn placing, its not the end of VAL or the cause as we have been there before and should we have some major RNS’s on the positives then we were right with our gut to sit tight and trust in the IP. The CLN’s and warrants l am undecided about? Vote them through and we have years of money at the expense of dilution, against the resolution and VAL have to reassess matters next year. So in essence l am sat on the fence for time being and see what unfolds.

It would be interesting to discover what peoples stance here is going forward - sell, hold, average down? I was a buyer pre-yesterday RNS, but now l think l’ll sit tight and see how things unfold. With regards to podcasts and the other link shouting doom and gloom, it has to be remembered that VAL now have potentially a 3 year financing deal, albeit the convertible aspect is a nightmare scenario, but l hope VAL have a clear strategy on how to manage unnecessary dilution i.e cancel what they don’t need and perhaps covered partially by a 401 upfront payment if not needed?

Thanks Freddy Looks like they cherrypicked and used EHGO for what they needed in the ST, but once matters had become more favourable, they cancelled the facility. Maybe VAL taking a leaf out of Cereno’s book once 401 deal concluded and 201 data out in the summer?

Position of strength: This is what GM said in Edinburgh in the Q&A, in that they must have the facility of extra financing (not necessarily use it) as part of the DD partners would want to see in signing any deal.
