Most probably John. 20% dilution would be circa his % fall, so not a sell after all but a consolidation.

In light of Fridays RNS yes. And down 7.8% sounds harsh, but down 0.00035p is not really a fall is it? Its pretty flat in all honesty you must agree?

Having started and been in business for 30 years and tried to start others ventures with financing, it is extremely difficult. Backers are very risk averse and want their pound of flesh in the event you default. VAL are no different in that respect - great products but no cashflow as yet. To get what they have to date is quite extraordinary and dare l say it, to be commended. Invested at 6p and all the way down (sincerely sorry to those at higher levels, thats painful).

It is Valju, but without it we are bust - thats the upshot IMHO. Who likes dilution? But if it gets them across the line then great. I relish your vigour and proactiveness with trying to organise matters, well done! I would have pledged too but l now realise that VAL have had no option to get to where they are now. We will survive (song coming on!) and eventually profit l hope, but not sure on your average and other posters. The only thing to grab on to here has been the potential of the science which works. I am sure the BoD read the BB’s and probably just roll their eyes in frustration because there are certain things that they simply can’t say publicly until any news is forthcoming. I am sure there is much to shout from the rooftops which will cone shortly l suspect. AIMHO

Yes Woody but 401 bloody works! Why would we have 2 x LoI? Are these parties fools or actually pro Pharma’s? Or is the official REGULATORY NEWS SERVICE a lie?

Thanks to all positive posters - great posts today with clear perspective. I was quite undecided all weekend on my investment strategy going forward, but now know just to sit tight and let this adventure unfold! I will be buying more going forward and just hope the financing facility at the AGM goes through as planned. Remember and as Tricky says, this is just a facility and does not have to be used in its entirety - maybe as in the examples Tricky says, VAL can just cherrypick what they want. EHGO have 213mn shares already so they will be happy as this is not a loan but a share conversion, so whatever the BoD and nomad presented to EHGO, they were happy to invest and that for me is the deciding factor! We have a junior bio at just £3mn mkt cap going in to a multi-billion dollar oncology market with 3 great commercial products that work (101 to follow l am sure). GLA

Excellent post Tricky - yes they are investors not loan sharks as many profess! They see value in VAL..... they are not going to use their money on a dirt trap are they! Whats the sense in that? I have also done the same exercise for peace of mind on EHGO and agree, l think it was Agro and Cereno where things turned around massively.

Thanks Valju, yes 401 works! So does 201 and 301 and we have financing to take these to market. I think too many pessimists and shorters using the financing deal as an Achilles heal for their own agenda. I am a genuine shareholder.

Dracula I’m only in that position because l have averaged down because the science works thus far. 401 - patients lived 300 days longer, so that is value 201 - the more they take, the greater the reduction in PSA 301 - legion growth was down 50% I can understand that many don’t want to average down and unfortunately shackled at higher levels, but many have. The 68mn of buys on Friday supports that plus the healthy buying today.

All down to news flow now. The share price fell 20% on Friday to price in the new subscription shares, but as many now feel, they have financing to get this over the line for 201 CT and lets wait on 401 news, plus starting 301. Why start 301 and complete 201 if the company is going to fold? Doesn’t stack up IMHO. EHGO will make many times more money from the shares via the success of VAL rather than its demise. Even at 2.5p per share they set to make over £5mn on an initial investment of £1.1mn, which could easily happen with good compound news.

Hi Woody, l hear what you say, but why all the buying then? I need just over 1p to b/e but l think good product news is forthcoming and the financing agreement will be signed anyway so will not be defaulted as you say.

Mathspro, the shares fell by exactly 20% on Friday to price in the 213mn subscription shares.

So why all the heavy buying on Friday and again today? The CLN and warrants is not a given as they have to be voted on at the AGM. I do agree we have some potentially spectacular news on 201, 301 and 401 to come before year end. The dilution is painful, but di remember that junior bio’s can easily 20 to 50 bag with successful compounds which VAL actually do have! Patience required.

It was a buy - look at the 0.401p buys at 13.50. Or do you want it to be a sell?
