I actually did the opposite, bought 5 million beginning of April and 1.5 million this week gone and down to an average 1.01p I am waiting for hopefully more LoI’s in the other patented geographies and details of the terms plus as you say, 201 data which with -30% PSA on 4mg, very excited to see the CT ending this month an hear the initial results in June I believe on escalation up to 16mg. I believe as a P2 company we should NOW have a market cap of circa £20 million like other P2 companies such as Evgen Pharma, Sareum and Scancell hence why l think we are massively undervalued which would put VAL over 2p a share with the new sub shares. I am hoping for +3.5p per share this year as a target (not my selling target) if all goes to plan which l think is quite modest.

Thoth2 They have 23.8% - 213mn / 894mn once all the sub shares are issued by June. They cannot convert anything for a year after the first CLN tranche and the warrants are based on the total holding. There interests are aligned with the success of VAL, not its demise. Stop the scaremongering it doesn’t work and FYI, just back from a lovely holiday with the wife thanks. Now filtered.

Also, hypothesising, if they sold all the sub shares 213mn, then it would create 213mn shares of new investors - someone has to buy them for them to sell them!

No there isn’t, but look at Tricky’s analysis mid week on their track record. The FIT Biotech was kindly answered by GM on BRR that it was the Finnish Govt that pulled the plug so we got an interesting asset and sister product to 101 - VAL wanted the IP earlier but at a stupid price and then thanks to EHGO, they were given it on a platter at 5000 Euros - quite a savvy investment and opportune.

Unless as insiders they know what is coming in terms of progress to date and potential compound news-flow ? They are investors so VAL’s success is aligned to their strategy (and shareholders) so make much more money than they do on punitive charges. They make thousands on their punitive charges, but on the sub shares alone make £2.13mn for each penny VAL rises. Think about it and look at the success stories Tricky posted earlier this week.

With 1 x PC and 1 x P1, 2 x P2 and 401 going into P3 (all positive ao far) we should be mkt capped at least 7 times higher IMHO as compared to our counterparts. Me too Freddie, got my average down to just over 1p from 6p in Dec 2017 and feel with the pipeline of drugs, funding in place, CT updates and potential commercial deals, l can see a profit on the horizon now and hopefully before year end. Anything north of 10p average looks like a hard climb back unless if you believe in the success of the compounds and you average down if prepared to take the extra risk. AIMHO of course!

Agree Freddy, to run out of money was the biggest fear and now that has been fixed. Much happier after a week ago now we have run the numbers and despite the dilution there is still a good return for those fortunate to be on a relatively low average. VAL as a phase 2 bio as compared to our counterparts should be at circa £20mn mkt cap, not £2.9mn.

Just posting facts Adam from the RNS’s. I was shocked to see our valuation as compared to our counterparts at 80% below other Phase 2 junior AIM bios.

Mkt cap of £2.9 million is simply comical.

We should have our first cash injection of £426,000 going in the bank tomorrow with our investor paying a 33% premium to market price.

We have several years funding, working commercial and patented compounds 4 in CT and 1 to be soon in 301, 3 x LoI, today another great clinical addition to the product line to compliment 101 for 5000 Euros, 401 JV deal imminent, 201 data analysis and maybe deal, 3 of 5 compounds now not requiring any funding. Reads very well IMHO.
