I think people are missing the point with how warrants work as it’s a win win situation basically.

If price is high enough to exercise - Cenkos exercise and Cenkos make money on the difference between the exercise pruce and the share price, PLUS VAL raise money from the exercise proceeds that Cenkos buy.

If the exercise price is not reached in the time scale, then Cenkos get nothing and VAL get nothing and the warrants expire.

Same as employee share options.

I hope that clears things up as people are deluded in thinking Cenkos have 5% of VAL capital, well they actually have nothing at all, just the right to buy the warrants at a fixed price by a set date.
