UXM, l believe Adam’s valuation on CLX if all goes to plan to next stage (which it appears so) would at current 2023 oncology rates be a total package in the range of a low to mid 9 figure sum.

I am excited by the tCRO potential and addition of Imagen as a continuous and growing cash generator to be eventually self-sufficient to meet costs, concluding 201 to finally close the book and provide a substantial contribution to future funding, the handful of new IP evaluations being made by Cathy and the future behemoth which is CLX!

If there was for example a fund raise (don’t envisage anything until in to 2024 and possibly much later if the lab is generating income and / or 201 finalised), then fine - one could take up their full entitlement so absolutely no dilution whatsoever on their part to pizz on P9’s constant scaremongering!

Personally l can’t see much change after the vote and equally believe the lab fast track will produce revenues quicker than most think, plus a few positive unexpected developments IMHO.

Thx, l think the saying throwing out the baby with bath water comes to mind as frustrated shareholders often over egg-it and l think with emotions and no clarity.

Just watched the Q&A and all valid points but what stood out for me as positives:

1. THX is still on, albeit snails pace

2. The TCRO is super exciting and the first ever revenue producer for VAL

3. I believe Ctyo will be a blockbuster

4. AH on the board will completely change the dynamics of what he does now and so he will cease to be able to post here and also be an intermediary between SH’s and BoD. Also, VAL use him as an external advisor which l didn’t know.

After the presentation l remain happy with my investment.

Well if Rhubarb says the total Imagen spend is circa £7mn and VAL got it for £170k, then excellent buy!

I actually think it is a very Savvy move if you understand the science IP and assets bought at a huge discount

Please, please DYOR and make your own assumptions, opinions, decisions as this is just my perspective. Some are happy with the BoD albeit frustrated at progress which is in the main due to external forces IMHO: others think a fresh change will make a difference?

Sorry…. And yes the contracts are with VAL but it is the ambassadors for the business which get things done i.e. people.

Hi PI, yes my reasoning which many will disagree…

1. For 3 years she has built relationships, bonds and trust with all the various parties to date - CLX etc., instrumental in the lab purchase and development. She is well respected and internationally known in the bio world.

2. I am a big believer that you need a veteran of the industry, which in this case with scientific experience to understand the business properly rather than a CEO with just an MBA that does not understand the bio world and coming in cold.

3. Who replaces Suzy and the other directors mentioned? The company is then directionless until appointments made with a massive lead time to get up to speed with the business when we are on the cusp of many exciting developments and updates.

4. Talk of replacements is simply inertia because of THX and the placing which had to happen as THX hadn’t completed - either placing at 10p or turn off the lights, personally prefer the placing!

5. Need to think of the huge achievements Suzy has made to date - superb communications, killing dead wood IP, massive cost cutting and now with the light at the end of the tunnel that placings will be a thing of the past with deals nearing fruition and a revenue generating lab which again will slash external Thurs party costs on IP development.

I think PI’s frustration is interfering with common sense on the BoD and l would forget Adam joking in an exec role as l understand he has a highly profitable and successful business of his own …. Why would he leave?

Firstly l feel the frustration too but we all need some perspective and l am trying to keep positive. Welcome to the bio world where we have long lead times and delays which are inevitable!

I think the 201 deal will complete which will be the game changer as confirmed by VAL recently that it is still on but the fund raising arena has been extremely challenging and l understand this. Confirmed so many times by VAL now.

201 alone l feel has lead to the inertia and has been the catalyst for all other issues talked about on this BB - having to raise at 10p, people wanting Suzy’s head (which l think would be disastrous) etc. It all stems from 201 l believe originally and l understand PI’s frustration been one of them but the gyrations in the SP also provide opportunities and l for one am invested here long term and want at least a three figure share price before l even contemplate taking profits.

Put 201 to bed as deal done and the world is rosy again IMHO with shareholders.

Since 201 / THX, look at also the progress made with the lab and hopefully soon to be income stream, new exciting IP (CLX initial findings looks incredible) bolstered HR expertise.

At this level you get a lot of bang for your buck!

Don’t forget also that 201 is confirmed as still on plus plenty of cash in the bank to next year, by which time we will hopefully have 201 revenues plus lab income.

TBH PM, l’d be very disappointed if we were not much higher than where we are now for a takeover - the company and its prospects if someone was paying a premium must be in £150-200 million range…. maybe a lot more and possibly CTX on its own is worthy of such a valuation!

I believe THX is an exclusive contract hence why VAL cannot speak to the parties or accept offers and BTW a 56% decline from the last results is significant.
