You make a valid point on how BoD can directly benefit from any IP deals, whether licensing or straight trade sale etc.

If for example the 401 LOI’ could be turned into something commercial to finance 101, 201 and 301, well that would secure BoD salaries for at least the next 5 years, plus milestone bonuses, plus whether the issue of share options for BoD once security of the IP to commercialisation is in place is another angle IMHO in addition to possibly consultancy roles. Lots of speculation in all of that but surely due to the age and the tunnel of retirement on the horizon it makes perfect sense in many ways why our BoD are aligned to full commercialisation.

The key factor in the interim is cashflow.

Well i think we should show some respect to our new investors. They have been very savvy and annoyingly late but probably timely in their part to the table. Many have been too late when we are at now P2 or 3?

Yep the science seems to be working fine, but costs money and expenses to get it there.

Perhaps a bad example but if l have a Gold mine worth £50 million, but it needs £5 million to get it out of the ground! I have no money, therefore l have no way of ever realising that £50 million. So l have zero and a bad headache!

Our only saving grace l can see is potential money in the bank forthcoming from 401 or an exceptional 201 and 301 update, but its all about the money now more than ever!
