We need figures not paragraphs.

How much are deals worth
How many deals
What % reduction in PSA, legion growth
What speed of metastic slowdown
How much money has been received
What date will the next batch arrive

To get some direct answers to direct questions would be nice, rather than open ended ambiguous waffle all the time.

The last RNS was good news, but c’mon add some meat to it that we, the market and the industry can get their teeth in to!

4 questions to appease shareholders minds:

1. Where is the money - HMRC, Vat and equity sale?
2. 201 great RNS, but whats the PSA reduction over the last RNS of -30% ?
3. 401 - LOI deals - how many and what £££‘s
4. 301 & 101 - any deals?

That IMHO would set the record straight.

This is a self fulfilling prophecy for the company as if we had good updates on the above, then financing would be so much easier for VAL rather than the mushrooms growing in a closed dark cupboard without having any firm details.

Please VAL, update us all!

This stock is a bit like a car for sale - serviced and got the MOT but haven't got the pounds and pence from the sale proceeds! Where is the sale?

True, but its a buy and not a sell.

Ok Borgie, but if you buy through a broker your are buying in the secondary market. If we are offered shares in a placing then we are buying in the primary market.

Quite right Valju, plus if news is being withheld to place a conspiracy theory on this, the company being milked for as long as possible and then goes out of business and the IP taken, then a court case would follow - funding the legals would be no problem!

If there is a sticking point, what is it and as shareholders we’ll help to remove it. Don’t forget that this is your company - you partly own it with others.

The other point is, if there is positive news to be had and it hasn’t been communicated, then why?

Whats the agenda when it could:

1. Improve the SP
2. Instil market confidence
3. On the radar to potential pharmas

If VAL has positive price enhancing news then RNS it formally.

This is in everyones best interest including the company and BoD and any funding required.

The company and its shareholders need this now and not announced at a meeting which has no standing.

This stock has three components:

1. Funding
2. Compound Progress
3. Deals

We believe we have close to £900k from the last update if funds have been received or pending. I can’t see a revocation in HMRC rebates plus the redemption of the investment of £150k.

LOI updates for 401 and possibly 201 deal?

201 update on p1 and 2 with analysis.

Holding tight and hope the SP is detracted from what is going on behind the scenes.

Buying on speculation of news before or during the seminar?

The fees are peanuts in the bigger scheme of things, for e.g. the cost to obtain a granted UK patent normally being somewhere in the region of £1500 to £6000+VAT depending upon the complexity of the invention and the nature and extent of any objections raised during the examination phase.
