If you remember, GM intimated in talks with 6 in Dec Edinburgh presentation of which 2 were converted in to LOI’s - what about the other 4, what are the terms and monetary’s, will LOI’s get converted in to full blown contracts?

I presume this means full regulatory approval after finalising clinical trials?

Yes Drac l understand that, in that JV deals and contracts with parties can be done Pll/lll or indeed before, but what l was saying is that Mystic cannot surely go selling 401 until the compound has passed all the stress tests, CT and regulatory hoops.

Yes, the LOI progress needs an update (plus the other 4?), but also SEEK need to find there money for their contribution.

Well Nomlungu, l can post how l want and when l want, but actually there were some good posts today instead of all the negative deramping dross that is tiresome and probably return tomorrow when the market opens.

But 401 isn’t finished until Plll is successfully completed unless lm missing something?

How can they sell something until it has passed all the clinical test and signed off by the regulators?

VAL do updates in two ways l have found 1. Products and 2. Developments.

We need a number 2 if you pardon the expression!

The last SEEK update was in March:

"Progressing ValiSeek to the next phase of development is an exciting prospect, and with two partners already confirmed, I look forward to concluding arrangements to start the final clinical trials"

Similarly the 201 March update said:

“On conclusion of the current Phase l/ll trial, the full data set will be analysed by third-party experts and the compound's profile and behaviour will be published.”

“The completion of the trial is a mandatory milestone prior to permission being given for further pre-market authorisation efficacy studies (Phase II/III).“

Then what followed was a US patent allowed for prevention and treatment of metastatic (including prostate) cancer, MHRA and REC approve a major update to the trial and appt leading oncologist Mr Linch. Sounds excellent so now we await:

“Further information connected to the data and the results and findings from the trial will form the basis of a report outlining the compound's clinical profile and behaviour, which will be published in due course.“

I would expect in the next 6 months IMHO

Spot on Drac, l think the expression is feeling melancholy.

After averaging down each time from a modest investment l have accumulated by my standards a rather large holding. The recent large trades l have still not got my hesd around - 2 sells or a buy and a sell. If a buy as well, who is buying? Just us SH SH?

401 2 x LOI - where are these in terms of sign off?
What about the other 4 LOI’s?
Who is at the 401 helm after Suzy is on maternity?
What will the last 201 CT analysis show?
Does Linch’s appt mean things are looking good for 201?
Update on 101 / FIT Bio - when and what?

When will a 2 for 10 offer happen and at what level?

We do know the current monies if the cash burn is £80-£90k pm with £250k in the bank plus the £500k tax (inlc. VAT) rebate and £160k equity holding sale will see us well in to 2020.

A little bit downbeat this morning l must add CE, to your normal self. We will ultimately get some spikes along the way too and l think the SP suffering apart from the inevitable fund raising has also been poor sentiment, but all the compounds thus dar seem to work.

Also if 201 is as good as expected they could JV early - full analysis currently in play as per last RNS in June:

I have never said that FIT and 101 JV is still in action, what l said is that we have never had an RNS to say the contrary. EHGO / VAL terminated the original deal, but nothing was RNS’d to the contrary on 101 / FIT so my conclusion is that it is still game on. Whilst parties maybe peed off with how developments ended, the 101 / FIT bio deal was supplementary AIMHO, as these are business contracted deals and not personal, throwing the baby out with its toys if you get my drift.

So, unless told otherwise l presume its game on!

Other LTH’s we are in the same boat, albeit different time horizons and average prices, son all on the same side but lets not get in to a slanging match as that anti-productive.

The past financing stinks and lets hope we have turned a corner with recent 10 for 2 offer. I am as peeved as the next person but if you are invested there are two options as we know - bottom drawer or average down to stay alive with the hope of VAL converting IP into a financial contractual outcome(s).

It is JV with partners (401) seek have to find partial funding and partners pay the balance. What is key is that VAL have no more financial obligation now so a free ride.

You miss my point Drac, if l buy 1 million shares on Monday GM or VAL won’t give two hoots as it does not directly affect them - its my investment, my risk and nobody else's fault if it all goes wrong.

What you also fail to see and l understand your perspective from a historic standing, is that the companies funs raise strategy has meta-morphorsized in that they have (we have) learn’t an expensive lesson with past funding and now they are reaching out to existing shareholders as in the 2 for 10 mentioned below. Yes it has taken time for the penny to drop, but it has now arrived.

Why would GM be interested if SH’s are averaging down? There is no direct benefit to VAL whatsoever.

Blind faith, NO, believe in the science and the CT developments so far, YES, Underwater, YES, averaging down further, YES, trader, NO, LT investor, YES.
