Thanks Nckwind A few things people say over and over again. Salaries and bonuses - nothing untoward compared to my job, l earn about the same being self employed as Satu - the bonuses must be linked to milestones I guess which is a bit of a pxss take as the SP is where we are! Others say, if the products are so good why haven't we had a t/o or deal. Because IMHO their is no public info available to outsiders to enquire because the market is so cut throat, unless NDA’s have been signed and can’t say anything else? Consolidation and dilution - most probably, but if we receive a bumper contract for one of their compounds can you imagine the change of sentiment! Can’t make the AGM but toying with investing more depending on tomorrows outcome to one average down and two, perhaps we get another RNS post- AGM? Been done before.

Ive always talked about the science, yes the SP is hurting me like others but l think Res 5 and 6 will go through on proxy (as in the past) and whilst l don’t like dilution like the next investor at least the company can continue as a going concern in the interim, with SH SH’s the option to buy in and hopefully as we get nearer to commercialising 401 soon (I hope) then we can survive and get to an endpoint where we see a reversal. K2F “what does repeated consolidations tell you about the company“ It tells you VAL have since inception never had a cash flow as the money raised has developed 2 compounds through to CT, one in PC and one with 401 to be commercialised. The value is the potential in the compounds until crystallisation point after P2.

Keeptofacts 1mn shares @ £10 cons to 100,000 shares @ £100 or 10mn shares at £1 is exactly the same value? Don’t get your point? The dilution comes with NEW shares issued - placings etc and thats what you need to average down or take up the offers going forward, that is if you believe in the science and wish to continue with the investment or simply don’t want to throw anymore money at it and just w/off. I’m not here to convince anyone as you must make your own decisions and DYOR.

Pxs For me that is what l want as l don’t want to write off a 6 figure sum! My strategy from now on will be to continue to average down, take up any open offers and hopefully this will come good in time, sooner rather than later.

Consolidation is irrelevant as you are in the same position - less shares in issue and a proportionately higher share price. The dilution is in the open offers, but if they involve the SH’s like they say and you take ip your full entitlement, then there should never be any further dilution.

There are those that want to see the company fail for whatever agenda - can never reclaim their diluted holding back, dont like the BoD, invested in a competing bio company etc. And those that want VAL to succeed and prosper to beat cancer, get their investment back on not too unrealistic average price and so see light and hope in sight. My gut is that the proxy vote will win, hopefully 401 news soon and 201 looks intriguing. GLA
