Would they be in a closed period as a shareholder majority or not? If l owned 55% for example would l be in a closed period ahead of news?
I agree l am sure they have a good idea of whats going on but the difference being is that 401 is not an asset of VAL as is 101 201 and 301 per se, but a shareholding in another company.
Risk and reward = breakage fee with ABO and cancellation of death spiral, dilution albeit we are all now aligned, product updates, LOI’s and commercial deals, the new shareholders, reaching a low of 0.2 and the 3 x 59mn deals therafter on Friday, Dr Linch on board, Q3 201 analysis starting next week, recent placing and cash injection, HMRC rebate of £400k, selling of external shareholding of £160k, the turn in sentiment to the positive etc.
I can see much more reward on an RNS front than risk, but each to their own.
Personally, l am adding and voting for all resolutions because from 0.2 and looking at the above l think we are at a pivotal moment.
