Everyone very excited over at ADVFN thread as many posters feel the annulment and shortly after an OOC is a forgone conclusion as a face saving exercise by ROI

Too many people think that is a foregone conclusion of annulment / revison / appeal. Lets all keep our feet planted as this could go anywhere..... even highly likely it could come to nothing!

We can post and post about being royally screwed over (pardon the pun), but until we know CHL' s next move this discussion is just conjecture. What's next is to ascertain annul, revision, both or none. Then we must see what strength if any we have in appealing. I am hurting from OXS in 2015 and CHL in 2016, never touching an arbi case or AIM company again, but hoping for at least one victory; two would be incredible but like many, I have w/o both in my head as need closure to move on, but do have a minuscule glimmer of hope for something.

And approximately how long does the annulment application take to process and a decision is made public?

I guess we should hear within the next few weeks whats next for CHL. If we go for annulment, does anyone know the timeframe on whether we will know whether we have been successful or not?

Can we please stop the handbags and stay on topic please. Maestro - I have nothing to lose in wsiting for the next news. I don't know what % chance we have as we don't know what (if) CHL will do. Even if annulment and win, plus stay of costs they then have the arduous legal battle again, so 1. Need strong case for annulment, 2. Need to win annulment, 3. Even if win we need stay of costs to survive, 4. Need funds to fight or if EXTREMELY luck we get a discounted OOC from ROI. So all stacked against us shareholders!

I agree we were screwed over, the tribunal failed in many areas, but are we going to get a turnover here? I would love to think so, but this would cause too much egg on face for an international court service and a state, as corrupt as it may be. This IMHO will get rejected and swept under the carpet, but dearly like to be proven wrong.

Do people here think or know that this will be the grounds for annulment / revision / setaside or just guessing? Some seem quite convinced and that there may be An OOCS possibly being negotiated. I don't know but bloody hope so! What is good is that CC and BoD have still got their teeth in the case!

Maestro You should send that to CHL and CC. They may already be aware, but that is a startling fact!

Fregatr 100% confident they will try to annul / revise, but its the strength of their case which is the unknown! We know all the issue in the case re: lack evidence / witness statement / Noor not attending, but to annul / revise on a point if law / tribunal conduct is where CC need to shine. If we get by this stage then, yes the other items com into fore.

Fregatr Yes, I can wait as long as needed provided all goes forward as hoped with a string case for annul / revision.
