I can't take any credit for research like Maestro and others, as I only give my feelings on the matter using laymans commonsene, but this is a grand miscarriage of justice IMHO. Don't really want to wait a year for an outcome and hope for an OOCS to get closure on what was a six figure sum to me personally. I take comfort in the fact that DQ and major shareholders have a lot more in value to lose than I and that they will fight tooth and nail!

If he worked for the ROI then he is inplicit in government forgety, simple as! The ROI cannot contest this matter or strike it out as non-connected. The ROI must acknowledge this as an act / decision of the ROI, whether right or wrong!

I guess it depends on how damning the new evidence / witness statement could be to save face and prevent the eruption of a major PR corruption case. Otherwise OOC is unlikely. Additoonally, if ROI know we have legal funding then again, they could bite the bullet and manke an offer.

No, I interpret it as exceeding its powers for not including international law of state responsibility. Meaning it completely disregarded it so exceeded its powers..... thought the tribunal was above the law / normal protocol.

I don't know if others have done the same but it is important for us PI's to contact the press and get this out in the public domain. I personally have contacted the Jakarta News, but the more pressure and publicity the better. Please use your freedom of speech to disseminate as if some contacts fall on deaf ears, some might penetrate the media! The more PR we get, the more pressure on ISCID and ROI.

The point here being that little CHL are against an international arbitration system and a state. Normally the little man loses, but by god, we do have a damning case!

Certainly hope so and make the claim CHL requested now a reality. In reality tjough it would be a discount of the $1.6 bn IMHO, with the average claim c $450 mn byISCID or c. £2.50 per share which would suit me just fine in retrospect of what has gone on!

Also, how long is the annulment proces normally? Will ROI settle ASAP as a OOC? I do wonder if ROI legal counsel are already talking to CC.

Very damning report on ROI and ICSID. Be amazed if we don't get full annulment and stay of costs, but praying we got a OOC from ROI, who don't what their dirty laundry in the public limelight.

I think Maestro was referring to other juicy news which is not innthe public domain...... yet!
