Agreed GP, but it is normal for any award to be discounted by the tribunal to what they think is fair, but an OOC is a different ball game altogether and up to ROI if we get that far. Fingers crossed, but seriouslly hope for OOC to nip this in the bud so we can all get on with our lives rather than waiting +1 year for a decision.

£11.50 ps would be incredible but very much doubt if we be offered a payout above c. 25% of the awad demand. Anyway, lets wait to see what happens with stay of costs first.

I'd rather ROI settle now at a lower ballpark figure (+£3) to get closure on this case, than wait another 12-18 months to get a higher award.

Interestingly of the last 17 annulment cases processed by ISCID, 2 settled during the annulment process 😉

Anyone know how long to the appointment of adhoc tribunal, plus thereafter when we can accept expect a decision of the annulment application? I was thinking 6-12 weeks for all?

I remember £3 per share being quoted somewhere, which I think most now would accept but it depends on what DQ and CC think as to what would be a fair settlement after bring shafted first time around. +£5 I would say c. $1 bn

We don't really know how this will pan out tbh. We could get stuffed like we did in December from crookedness and conspiracy through ICSID and ROI. Political inference being the probelm..... a state -v- a £50 mn miner. I know who i'd put money on! BUT, we have a compelling case if we get beyond annulment and then who knows. Trying to stay grounded as with all such cases, States wield a much heavier and painful axe than an AIM company. If the law is fair and true then CHL will win IMHO, but is that really the way of the world in an Alice in Wonderland world?

I give the annulment a 65% chance of success and if we beat this hurdle, then a 80% chance of staying costs. Thereafter, on the above wins I think (unless a OOC) we will at leasy receive our exploration costs back. I remember it being muted sometime ago that a £2.50-£3.00 per share offer was rumoured to be an offer. If CHL ein annulment and stay of costs, then I guess it will be down to CC to seewhat we might get away with to stop mouths chattering!

The annulment and evidence is compelling: if we break this stage then i think shareholders wil get their money back and possibly a lot more. Hope, as i need a house deposit lol

For me , anything north of 28p per share would an be incredible result to be able to get my investment back! An award of $1.3 bn would be life changing for me.
