Persicle, I agree. But do you know for certain he didn't sell his previous shares and bought £500k worth at a lower price? As per 2024 Annual audited report, he held 24,429,337 shares. As per the RNS on 3rd Feb, he now holds a total of 49,504,584 shares. So he now holds 25,075,247 more shares as compared to 2024. At £9.5p, this is £26k. When do you think he sold his previous shares and subscribed for more? I am not saying my calculation is right, but a CEO buying shares at a price he dictates is not so simple!

With the "trial" of the second arbitration starting this month (not the decision), and possibly starting spending on enforcement on ETAP, there is much uncertainty. It depends upon the risk appetite. Few will bail out thinking to re-enter at a lower price. Few will hold in anticipation of a rise. Buying opportunity for all, whether now, or wait few days and buy lower.

I thought so too, specially when they posted the video on X highlighting enforcement route.

I think it will not be an easy ride. Lets see what this week brings (further).

Could it be that ETAP are not paying the $9.7m as per the first artibration decision, and that ZEN is looking to pursue the enforcement route. It may have nothing to do with the other two.
