Looks like almost everything retail got totally trashed today. Even NEXT, with good results is down. Weird day indeed.

Most retail stocks are taking a hammering today.

It's the Fed minutes from the USA, taking a more aggressive policy and moving interest rates up. This has shifted a large portion of the market downwards. Big sell offs in the NASDAQ, especially on tech stocks, and weirdly that same sentiment has also hit the FTSE. Markets are freaking weird.

Bought another small chunk at £22.10. May regret this in the short term, but longer term, seems like a solid play.

Most of the market down, PFG up... 2022 is going to be weird.

Noted this too. But we have the Fed to drag the whole market down. Thanks USA.

Let's hope results are positive and we get news of new CE soon. Both things could impact SP positively.

Hard to say! I see no firm evidence of that yet. Of course it's a massive punt, results could go either way. No profit warning like BOO, so fingers crossed it is roughly in line with expectations or above.

I don't think I have the appetite to sell out on a gamble just to potentially re-buy or a possible dip.

I had a look at both Stockopedia and Simply Wall st. Both seemed solid, different sites seem to use slightly different fair value calculations.

There have been hints that results for Q4 will be good, and potential divi to be paid. Really hoping we can see this back to £4-5 levels in 2022, even though lots of uncertainty with Omicron and inflation.

All round good news for the long term health of PFG. Although, slightly worrying that the article is essentially an ad for claiming for mis-sold loans. Groan.

That said, BOO is flying today with a 9% rise after being crushed. Might see some of that momentum translate to ASC. Maybe...

I'm waiting for the inevitable lockdown announcement to top up. Was kinda tempted by BOO, but sticking with ASOS as it seems the healthier company.

It's going to be Covid jitters for a few week across the market. Wondering if we'll get a lockdown announcement from Bojo today. More red likely to come from the market. Good buying opportunities if you have the capital. I certainly don't. LOL.

Guess so. I am seeing a large bought volume vs sold, but I think these stats are far form reliable on London South East and aren't really a good indicator of anything.

No doubt, but the question is, has it already been priced in? They already adjusted expectations due to supply chain issues.

Well, looks like tech stocks down and retail up today. Hoping ASOS can remain roughly stable today or climb a bit.

Wow, there was a lot of FUD yesterday. No sky is falling RNS yet. Fair value is still well above this price. Bit of patience into the new year will do wonders I think.
