the lack of respect for shareholders is a bit mind blowing.

forget fiduciary responsibilities they don’t seem to want to have any responsibilities. what’s worrying is ms and am seemingly agreeing to all of this.

Only way everybody will know for sure is if the company actually communicates with its shareholders. We never get told and just all try to guess the logical reason, if there is one, why things have happened.

All we need is better communication to improve our trust in the board.

So the deadline is “For applicable clinical trials that are subject to 42 CFR 11.42, the standard submission deadline for results information is no later than 1 year after the study's Primary Completion Date, as described in 42 CFR 11.44(a) of the final rule.”

The clinical trial website is showing

“Primary Completion

2025-02-13 [Actual]”

So 13th February 2026 is the deadline for the results to be submitted.

I wondered that as well or possibly something to do with BDT and the FDA involvement? I think we may get a RNS (or tweet) explaining things soon or we are just clutching at straws. Let’s hope if we do it is positive.

I think the worst bit is the company not telling us about this update. Too much secrecy and not enough open, transparent dialogue. Lack of publicity is one thing but not updating shareholders is another. We will probably get a RNS tomorrow announcing it.

So it looks like the person who bought the 229k on Monday sold today for a slight loss. Another trader trying to make a quick profit maybe? Unfortunately this will keep continuing until we get the RNS update but if it is not while 2027 I dare not guess how low this company could go. I thought fast track designation was supposed to speed things up?

we were supposed to finish phase 1 in 2024 and have met with the fda that year as well. the company keeps talking about partnerships and then going alone. they seem intent in not keeping the shareholders informed. bdt application is not being talked about know. all we ask is to be kept informed of what is happening. tb/ms is that too much to ask?

The phase 1 completion date is now showing as MARCH 20207.

So that is a 16 months delay

Well interest definitely increasing in IBAI. New posters arriving every few days. Some people for, some people against. “All publicity is good publicity” unless you are TB who seems scared of doing any publicity. Come on TB please do a bit of publicity and let us know what is happening. Twitter/linkedin is not really publicity if it is not getting seen. Spend some money for publicity in journals, do a few interviews etc. This could be your legacy for all the patients, it could also help your family’s and shareholders futures.

How do you want to be remembered?

The “Shenanigans” or somebody who helped treat those suffering with cancers and I used the plural on purpose? Can you or indeed you want to pull this off and create a lasting legacy?

I agree a few hundred pounds now could be a few thousands when the RNS drops. Assuming it is positive and everything we have heard from the medical team indicates it is very positive. We just need Mike to get it all signed off by JC et al and then sent off to the FDA. Then let’s see who comes knocking at TB’s chalet door and what they are prepared to offer and what is TB willing to accept.

We could say if we have people like RNF appearing out of the woodwork then we are on people’s radar. Unfortunately they just see 50% profit as a success.

We just need patience which unfortunately is in short supply after the Kirkstall RNS.

I think the problem will be no long term holders will sell at such a low price whilst they await the results that could easily propel this to 10p+ (and much beyond). The spread will not concern holders, that is just the MMs. Good luck and I hope you get the shares you want.

Let’s see if the 200k person buys again today. We need to hear something from the company soon about the phase 1 data for any sustained major rise. I think people could do with looking at the potential and not just settle for 1p. That leads to the same cycle of a short term rise and then falling back again.
