Can anybody remember how positive we were all feeling last Friday? Phil I think you predicted 1.8p by today, I predicted 1.5p I believe. Now today we hope we are at 1p.

What’s changed? For some reason we bought a loss making company. The reason, we all have our own thoughts on that. Will it eventually turn out good? I don’t know but I feel less confident this weekend than I have for quite a while.

We need to stop shooting ourselves in the whenever we start building momentum. Why does this keep happening? Again we all have our own opinions on that. The only way I can see this stops occurring is if we get taken over. The investment would be far better for the research and ultimately the patients and we the long time suffering shareholders may actually make a slight profit that we get to keep before the next bombshell RNS dropped.

Anyway have a good weekend everybody. I would say next week couldn’t get any worse but we all know it could.

Truetide currently Mcap of £1.7m

If that gets lower or indeed at that price could somebody, or company, buy it and TB then has zero interest in IBAi?

Could the other directors of IBAI, without TB’s knowledge as per this buy, buy Truetide via IBAI and we control our own destiny?

Just a left field thought but if anybody has £2m knocking about

So did somebody independent of TB, for IBAI, speak to somebody independent of TB, at BRH, and ask could they buy Kirkstall? If so who spoke to whom and what instigated that totally independent of TB discussion. Publish the names, discussions etc. Otherwise you cannot say it was independent of TB!

Why is it every time we start to build a bit of upward momentum the board does something that deflates the value of our shareholding?

Time and time again when we get good news and the sp increases then bang we get a RNS that knocks the sp back down.

Is it shenanigans, incompetence, a plan we don’t know about etc?

The lack of clear communications leads to distrust.

May I remind people of this post from last week

It is almost like somebody is trying to manipulate this board to serve their own purpose.

Serious question, if an insider is trying to manipulate shareholders via an anonymous poster where would that leave the anonymous poster if things went pear shaped. Would they be legally be held responsible for manipulation? BB you have spoke to the FCA before I wonder what their take on this situation would be?

Semantic has just disappeared since I asked him to prove he wasn’t an insider. Are we allowed to say the word shenanigans again. We did try warning people what may happen. Let’s see if the sp is turned around by the end of the day and the selling is just a knee jerk reaction or somebody just taking a quick profit. We shall see.

MS has enough to sort with the imaging and IB003. Both are MCW based so a logical tie up. The last two RNS partnerships again quite logical. This is a bit left field. I can’t see MS overseeing it. Maybe MCW has used it and can see the benefits, we just seem to be diversifying and not focussed on our 2 core objectives. TB must have some sort of plan. He sells his shares to BRH and now BRH start selling their assets to IBAI, confusing. People laughed when I mentioned CLNs last week.

But if it is TB’s past holding us back is he willing to give up the ceo role to make a much larger profit via the sp increasing? At what point are people willing to say “maybe I am the problem”. Would TB ever contemplate this or indeed is it factually accurate?

And there lies the problem, some people are scared to invest in companies controlled by TB. Is the solution TB cedes the CEO role to somebody else. He keeps control or BRH (or it’s new incarnation) but we have a different CEO for IBAI? We always say do your own research but unfortunately this it what they believe regardless of Mike and his team’s work.
