Wonder how much of a kick back the brokers got, they only mention gross proceeds, guess the fees were too embarrassing to admit…what were the net proceeds? Answers on a postcard.
The naysayers need to lie in a cold dark room covered in aloe vera; they’ve had several years in the sun, from when this was over £2. Stop ramping and chasing fake rainbows.

Lol, this stock is absolutely classic. Big move on nothing, loads of newly created accounts ramping it. Placing at 2.6p, as i said last week…caveat emptor, all the signs are there for you to see it’s not legit. Rinse and repeat.
How long before another ticker/name change, 6 months?
Which is horrendous strategy, borrow money and pay fees to do so (£175k), pay interest on the loan (~£100k) and use loan proceeds to pay the loan back. Woeful.
ATM offerings provide issuers with several advantages over other traditional methods for capital raising, including the following:
Minimal market impact. Unlike traditional financings, the impact of an ATM program on an issuer’s stock price is limited as ATMs do not send a signal to the market that a company needs capital. Issuers can incrementally sell shares into the market at market prices without having to market or announce each sale. “
It will be RNS’d at the end of the month when the order is filled. Look at the SP move today, I mean it may because people have looked at the picture of the “drill rig being mobilised” and thought it looks just like a tonka truck going down a dusty road, or, more likely it the ATM kicking in.
No Sats - it’s not about the conversion, it’s about the ATM facility; which issues shares “At The Market”, in order to pay the £250k per month amortisation. The share price has to go up on the prior day to be able to issue shares, so you will see the odd move up followed by a sell off as the new shares hit the market over the life of the ATM facility.
