They have to be paid £250k a month to amortise the loan, under the ATM facility the share price has to go up for the company to issue more shares to pay the loan down each montg, so every day it goes goes up, the company can issue shares to pay the amortisation and it should hammer the share price when they sell them. The 2.4p is currently a red herring.
