It will have net assets worth about 0.4p, their debt converts to equity. If bitcoin doubles it will be worth about 0.7p, take that punt if you wish, or just buy bitcoin and see a better return if you think that’s going to happen.

You forgot to post loads of rockets and say going to the moon. On what planet can you justify 7p, utterly baseless. If uplisting doesn’t go ahead it’s insolvent from my view, if it does you get diluted into oblivion. 1p conversion (thanks btw vernetles) on £85m that’s 8.5bn shares additional vs 528m currently outstanding? Ouch.

The uplisting has been approved and that £85m gets converted into equity, can anyone tell me what that does in terms of dilution for a company with a current market cap of £5m and bitcoin worth £40m or so, I struggle to see how it’s a multi-bagger. The share price should actually go down by more than 50% shouldn’t it?
