Why The Facts?

What’s that got to do with it? The current NAV is the current NAV, they could have raised $10bn, it’s irrelevant to the NAV now. The company doesn’t generate cash and as they spend the cash they have on balance sheet to pay bills, the NAV decreases by the amount of that expenditure. The only lever they have to generate cash is to sell bitcoin, unless bitcoin starts paying a dividend which it won’t.

For the first time in a long while it seems fairly valued, slight discount to NAV, but makes sense as they have large bills and no revenue or ability to generate cash without selling bitcoin.

Cash + BTC is its NAV, its market cap is what the market is currently valuing at it. Basic stuff and you can’t even get that right. Total punter stuff.
