Glencore’s revenue alone is £231bn. The value of the offtake agreement is about $25-$30m pa assuming $5k per tonne processing fee. It’s a rounding error on the rounding error. Regardless of that merger or not the contract is binding and would have progressed, as is, under the new combined entity.
