No RNS this week but another few days of profit and maybe drilling results is not a problem. Before taxes we're earning around $200k day at the moment (back of fag packet est.). What's another $1million to the balance sheet amongst friends...

Infact the corresponding date last year was the Tuesday of this week so it could easily be next week. With gold taking a nap and the stock market "MAKING AMERICA GREAT AGAIN" we are in no rush.

As long as they confirm us being net debt positive I do not mind!

We're just guessing from last years date. I'd be happy for them to hold them and release them on a day that gold's gone full erection but I'm a pervert like that...

Q1 Update:

- Liquid assets (cash and gold) of $25m ($14m at end Q4 2019)

· Bank debt of US$34m, repaying US$6m + interest in the current quarter (US$40m at end of Q4 2019)

$34m minus $25m = $9m

Assuming production is the same. We know POG has gone up <$50. Petrol/ AISC has most likely gone down.

We make another $7million (2/3 Q2 profit) after paying off another $4million debt.

$32million cash/ assets v.s $30million debt remaining = $1-2million net cash/ asset positive (roughly).

Cannot wait to see this in black and white!

That would certainly be a great option during a 5 year + gold bull run!

Sanankoro would do us just fine and maybe the other Mali permits. If we are to go on a bull gold run then we should be looking at all high grade gold permits near our mine as this would massively reduce our aisc over this bull period.

IF POG stays the same or higher, HUM will have soon have the bank balance to do a 21p cash offer (Say £40m) for CORA within the next 5-10 months without borrowing more money.
Or maybe just a buy out/ JV for Sanankoro?

Any sort of deal with CORA, be it JV or a complete buyout will be greatly beneficial to our LOM IMO.

We are awaiting tests on CORA's SANA. samples so we could receive news on this at any time. If they're jointly testing these samples you would have thought they've agreed something in principle already that would benefit both companies.

Drilling in Mali has not been affected at all due to Covid they said. Cora stopped in Senegal but Mali (touch wood) has been relatively unaffected from a lockdown pov.

Drilling started in March going onto July (I think) so they're half way through their planned activity.

Only 3/4 days of trading until we get end of year news & potential confirmation of being net debt cash positive!

Correct GB. This time next week we will have various interviews and have a better understanding on what the company is going to do with all this money. With POG continuing to go up HUM will have enough money to probably buy out a company like Cora with 2 quarter's of profit! Share buy back or divi would be a massive statement in the short term and Dan has alluded to it in previous interviews and RNS.

It will be a game changing week IMO. HUM will finally be able to say they're out of debt which is a massive mile stone for a mining company!

'IF' it is them, they had 16million shares left (end of Feb) so if they're exiting completely then it won't be too long before they're cleared. Especially after the last few days of volume.

Well they cannot have much left to go especially since our volume has picked up. If anything the low SP will make it look even more attractive next week!
This is where a share buy back from HUM would come in really handy.
