For me in reality they'd do an even worse job if their focus was on being personally sued with the obvious distraction and resource problems.

It's easy to say we would be better off if they did nothing but imv going down that whole thought process is an illogical dead end.

The burden of proving it versus a potential cause to litigate. Sounds about 50/50 already!

Imv the chances of the case being taken on and continued to verdict with a proven win is miniscule and so I don't even consider it worth pursuing with the time and effort required plus the diversion of management to defend and bad press of litigation with potential unforeseen consequences as well as those sought. I concur that LR should be sacked I'd he will not resign. There is where blame resides. Not battling in the courts. It feels right and there's always a chance but I'm not in favour now we have AL in situ and Taiwan sold with trading going well. e should focus on getting timely commercial news and Ranger penetration with updates on cost cutting with active progress to selling us.Aimho

All that's required to accept is a 50+% initial chance of success and then no win no fee solicitors take out insurance to cover failure AND will drop like hot cakes as soon as success expectation falls below 50% which I expect we eventually will. If there was NO chance we wouldn't be accepted. There's a chance, but I suspect that will evaporate down the line to below 50% even if we do get off the ground and you can nearly always find a no fee no win to give debatable cases a go when others will not.

LR deserves to go and deservedly it must be very uncomfortable for him but he is a master at talking things up with or without the facts to back it up.

We had the self congrats for £37M revenue via Covid for r&d, working capital etc followed by silence since subsequently delivering a desperate funding. Amazingly he still seems tone deaf and unwilling to accept responsibility. Come on Lyn. You've lost all shareholders support and clearly the market has no faith....GO!!

I'm sure some will say nothing to lose in trying. I disagree and when I expect chances of a win yo be negligible then I'm simply not interested ad I also believe there would just as likely be negative unintended consequences.

What I would support is pressure and voting to sack LR simply because it's deserved.

I believe it's a date of time and rather not get involved or waste a moment. I've some experience of these attempts and a lot of time, effort and emotional capital is wasted. plus there is damage caused one day or another as I mentioned along the way.

much better to vote LR out as that's the point of the legal action at it's core isn't it? I would vote for that.

I don't see how this helps because I think it has zero chance of succeeding. That the legal company say different at this stage is normal.

when news breaks shareholders ate suing we see another dip in SP and more bad press. management's time and resources go into defending another litigation.
