In practice we will probably just get an update with a bit of progress but not fully there so we can feel excited about the potential and then wait through the long winter before the next update.

I am no keyboard warrior, I have contacted PC on a number of occasions and received replies each time. One time he even offered to phone me to discuss it but I have to admit that I never took him up on that.

People have been predicting the property crash for 20 years, even in 2008 it barely impacted it at all where I live.

We live on a small island where demand outstrips supply so I don't see any great crash any time soon, certainly not 50-100% in ten years time.

Most of us feel the same, a deal should be nearly there but at the same time the frustration is we havent been updated for a while since hearing that the early tests had been very successful.

The company also said it had received 'several' requests for samples from other companies but we don't know how many.

My view is that a deal of some kind should well be very close but we really don't know if we are going to have something drop any day or still be waiting in a few months time.

How thoroughly depressing but I can't really blame people for losing patience.

I agree with Tottyman that PC and the board should think twice about rewarding themselves with shares this year, but of course they won't.

This has been very poorly managed, an absolute vacuum of any news leads to investor uncertainty and a dump of shares is the result.

You would have to also factor in expenses, taxes and retentions?

I am not saying the price isn't manipulated but todays news was meaningless really in the grand scheme of things, nobody in the market would have paid it any attention.

The first two sales of the day were mine, I am starting to sell in small chunks and move to other shares.

I won't sell all my holdings by any means but I need to spread it around now into some other shares that may return me something sooner.

Either somebody knows something or its just someone as big a sucker as the rest of us.

I doubt PC gets anywhere near the Twitter account, it was probably just on the to-do list of someone in the office.

I also wouldn't read anything in to it, if they were negotiating a sale they would out messages like this out until the day it was finalised as you always need to make the other side feel you are ready and able to walk away.

Although in actual fact they are probably doing nothing at all and just waiting for the phone to ring.

Actually having just looked the bulk of my holding was at an average of 0.17. Still just about up but its getting close.

I bought the bulk of my holding at 0.15, which was nice, but I did also buy a chunk at 0.29 so its not all lovely.

I am still up over all but not by much and the longer my money is tied up its less and less benefit.

Still hoping that no news is good news here.

To be fair he has said that CS is taking priority over all other projects so don't hold your breath on any movement on these other ones.
