It’s not a fact that he made a profit at all.

The price dropped instantly as soon as the placing was announced, he would have know that. There was literally no way he sells those shares for the price he was buying them at instantly, the only way he makes a profit is by getting the share price back up above that price.

Caddy you try selling now and you will only get the equivalent of what he is paying for these shares so as things stand there is no profit.

There is also no profit until he sells, he hasn’t sold as that would have to be reported so he has stolen nothing and he has even more self interest to make sure there is a return from this level. He has also made it possible for you to buy at exactly the same level.

Why would they move quicker? They will have a timeline of when they need it, when they plan to mobilise etc. They have a legal entitlement to the site, it’s in the bag for them as we speak so they have no need to move quicker.

Why do people always talk so definitively about the way large companies will act when they are clearly just talking from emotion or with some angle.

Whilst you absolutely may be right, who knows with this share, why would they do the deal before they absolutely had to?

What’s the benefit for them that outweighs keeping the money in their own accounts?

Especially in Enterprise sales, the idea of a born salesman in that arena is absolutely false.
