I know what you mean but at the same time I am actually a little more comfortable with each passing day.

My logic here is that it’s totally expected that any large company will delay making a payment like that until the very last minute. Why wouldn’t you after all, that’s a lot of money and will be better in your account than someone else’s.

Also there is the possibility that they are negotiating buying out the royalty.

My thinking is also that if the testing had come back with bad news and this wasn’t a viable scheme then surely they would have just canned it by now, they would have wanted to provide some certainty themselves.

You never know a contract is coming in until it’s signed. I am in sales and there have always been contracts that I would have staked a lot of money on happening that don’t and those that I would never bet on until the day it’s signed.

You cannot just sit there and ignore any prudent management of the business because you are confident that a seperate commercially driven company are going to contract with you. Imagine if PC did just put his feet up because he was confident of the Tosla deal and then it didn’t happen, you would rightly rip him apart and he wouldn’t be discharging is corporate responsibility properly.

No it means that the share price is so low that they can’t legally raise money, a position that is not really tenable for an exploring company, so they need to do this so that they can.

They say they don’t intend to raise right now.

I suppose the one annoying concern is that it implies that they don’t expect the situation with the share price to change any time soon.

PC is just one of these guys who likes to intentionally lose a lot of his own money and he just isn’t bothering to advance any projects.

I have seen nothing to suggest that they intend to forget about the CS project.

They can easily progress more than one, surely we all realise that?
