DD almost certainly won't take as long for other parties either as its highly probably that Jorc is what held it up and that will be a report that can be shared with all parties.

I imagine the buyer was sat around waiting for that and now being satisfied with its content will be deciding whether to make an offer for what's there and how much.

Due diligence takes what it takes and if they were waiting on things such as Jorc then it takes as long as required for that work to be completed.

I have been involved in a deal at work where due diligence took 6 months.

Well the whole industry is talking about the need to move to Pozzolan, there is absolutely nothing to back up your suggestion that nobody wants the product and you seem to be basing it on nothing more than the fact that we haven't yet got a deal signed.

There is also a bit jump from saying that PC hasn't achieved much yet to suggesting that he is in someway breaking the law by not releasing market sensitive info or releasing intentionally inaccurate info.

Key product, yes Pozzolan has been identified by a number of the major industry players as a key product for the development of their industry.

The lack of communication is annoying, PC is not good at these things, but your suggestion that nobody wants the product and the project is dead is based on nothing other than your frustration. These things can take a long time, sometimes years.

I think its perfectly reasonable to start to voice some discontent at the progress and communication from the board. Two updates on CS since May is not really acceptable and neither is the overall progress since the permit was issued.

However the toys out of the pram approach to suddenly declare the project a complete failure and nobody wanting a key product that the cement industry is talking about needing is just daft. There is naturally truth somewhere in the middle but you yourself no favours if you want people to proactively engage with you on here if you just chose the nuclear option and start branding people liars and crooks.

Wow, I have just read through his latest dump! I am worried for this guy, he seems to be unravelling before our eyes.

He seems to be very disturbed.

He essentially thinks EUA is an elaborate scam ran buy posters on here and ADVFN, as if though the users of those two forums can scam thousands of people who have probably mostly never logged onto those forums at all.

He is also yet to set out exactly what he thinks the scam is or back up a single one of his libellous comments.
