Have we even been able to vote on this AGM? I haven't seen anything on HL to let me?

And are there any resolutions that those of us not attending need to vote on?

Thats a bit annoying off the back of one very small sell! I suppose the markets are a bit all over today.

Anyway, good to see the share price reacted to yesterdays good news by falling today.

It really won't take much of a deal to get this share price moving, especially if its a long term arrangement.

If there was a bit more attention on this share price, or Patrick was banging the drum a bit louder, we would see concerted rises over the next few weeks before any deal is done.

He is still in Nevada.

I am on that call list too, I think a lot are.

I always have a response every time I contact them.

They don't tell me any privileged information but I don't just get a stock response either.

Monday is probably absolutely nothing more than a PR exercise to promote the company. I don't see it as anything to look forward to, if anything I am slightly worried they are involved as it doesn't exactly seem like the activity of a company about to be sold or sell off most of their assets.

Have we not had this discussion many times on here? You can't compare share price from 5 years ago and reach many solid conclusions, the amount of shares in issue is totally different.

I am getting 28.5 so I wouldn't say well above bid.

I totally get why you may want to call him incompetent but I really don't see the con angle at all.

We all know the amount of shares he has and he takes a sizeable chunk every year more. He gets £65k a year in salary between the two companies I believe, thats not a huge amount at all to make it more worth his while making his stock worth nothing just so he can keep drawing that.

Can you expand on what you think the con is? What's his angle and how is he profiting from it?
