I am leaning towards your way of thought Justone, although I have a slight pessimistic slant naturally on this share. Part of me thinks that zero updates is because something big is being worked on as surely they would have given us a couple of little snippets.

Even PC would have been able to gain a couple of off takes if that's what he was interested in doing so he is working on the big one.

I don't think PC would have to tell us if we are at the legal stage at all, its only required once a formal offer is made.

Waiting is annoying, I totally get it, but surely you can see that you are just hitting out now? You appear every few weeks and drop about ten ranty messages because you are annoyed by the whole thing.

Nobody is going to give you a medal for being right so I don't see your point in claiming you were right and they were wrong, nobody cares about your old scores you want to settle or that you want to start dropping the word Lemmings into every post again.

If you want the offer to be binding, which you do, then the legals all happen before Safe and they can take time.

All legals and due diligence would be done before the offer was made binding, no company would do it the other way around.

It would be really nice to get some value adding news please PC. Its a year since the license and this company isn't worth anything more, lets get this deal done as well as multiple others for the perlite please.

When you sell the money won't be available for you to reinvest for a few days so you will have a period being out of the market. The realities of this share is that should be fine but there is always the risk that after waiting so long there will finally be news that moves the price and you will miss out.

If you have the money then I would suggest you buy first and then sell. Who knows your buy may push the price up a but and you can sell at a higher rate but you probably have to accept you will lose a little on the transaction but its worth it to pay no tax eventually.

Because none of the news so far actually generates any revenue.

A man with severe underlying health conditions caught Covid and is back in work a week later, I would say the Vaccines are kicking butt.

At work we are just about to finalise a contract we have been working on for a long time. All of the Commercial terms were agreed a long time ago but then the lawyers got involved on various parts of it, its taken just short of 17 months to conclude and this is a deal worth around £5m so hopefully not as big as the one PC is doing.

Don't get me wrong I am not suggesting it should take that long as the the type of company I work in naturally has complicated terms but these things take time.

Also of course we would have signed an NDA. I have to sign NDA's before a company will even send us over information for us to quote on.

It is for the drop today. A day or so ago people were getting excited about news to come, nothing has changed in the last 48 hours apart from the SP which the board don't actively control.

They are talking to a CRMC and waiting for the trial to be finished. Lets just wait that out as it appears we have a party interested enough to be considering using their own plant and go through due diligence.

I am not surprised that PC takes an issue with the toys out of the pram attitude you display on here at times.

I get what you are saying but from the looks of it this has dropped off the back of 200,000 being sold. I am not sure we can really say that investors are sick of PC?

It really felt like there was a little bit of buying pressure starting in anticipation of new and then, down.

I suppose the only thing to say is that its gone down quite a bit for very little reason, unless a huge sell pops up in a minute that is.
