Fingers crossed BOU comes out of suspension reasonably and we can make use of some profit to purchase more SNT.... Otherwise patience again! :-)

RNS has left me intrigued. Very much a brake on price run, but unclear why. Thanks to all for recent input. Not sold a share, topped up on way. I'm looking after a few % and I suspect a few others are, which I think makes the market for here very tight!

Companies more suited to crowd funding you mean? Hoping for an established company/s with good margins and potential profit growth..... preferably strong, or niche/growing market place!

My interpretation of "investment"is not closing down a company? The early part of the RNS mentions tidying up affairs, ready for any investment? Yes, of course, slightly nervous at this time, but also no sign of larger investors leaving and so my take is that the company is progressing slowly, but surely......

I think its great news. I brought a couple % and I for one will not be selling in a hurry. The company is profitable, has some new long term holders and is growing. I Shall look forward to further updates...

My understanding is that an old business of Antos, probably based in Florida, is or was linked to the assets. Not sure what physical assets were left in the business here, but I'm pretty sure that he wanted to buy them, might be even just sentimental? Despite that he still seems to be keen on supporting BOU, otherwise why take up warrants?

Firstly they need to show that they have turned the corner and that moving forward there should be a steady profit stream, with no further placings. Ideally explain how they are dealing with contracts and bringing in ongoing income, with cost under control. I will make the effort to turn up to the next AGM.

A while to wait until November results. I hope they can announce some new contracts before then!

I'm very much with you on this thought process. I'm not convinced that it will be a company connected to Antos. I think he just wanted the old assets, however that said, he's very much supportive, from a shareholders point and financially for what may be going with the RTO process.

They have been known to do it before. However, hopefully not! I'm hoping the Company can convert some sales and seek further ones, with longer term support agreements behind them.

The Morton Family increased holdings, not that long ago. Wonder what their motives were for doing so?

Apparently there is a miss match between the shares issued out from the Registrar. Link Asset Services. Barclays also have not settled their accounts?

Firstly thanks RKB for your great posts! I think I was the only private shareholder to turn up to the last General Meeting, (apart from Antos, who had flown in from Florida). A short meeting, but everyone very keen to pass all the resolutions. I also did take away that Antos commented that not small shareholders could necessarily afford to take up their OO options, but he seemed pleased that they had been given a chance to do so and to participate. Also John commented that now the past could be put behind the company and the TLA "RTO" was voiced, but obviously no target mentioned. Did also meet Alan. I'm watching and waiting, but thus far Antos would have my support and I'd like to be here for the long term.
