That's what the filter is for! Cloudstrife still around?
You're so right Mojo. We should encourage those that are here to be supportive to others, those that research and provide objectivity. For the rampers and those aiming to disrupt and cause dissent how about a 'mantra' - Aim for "Green on the Screen"? Just filter. :-)
Ortus, thanks. Antos told me personally that he was interested in the old Photonstar assets. However whether show, or not, he seemed genuinely interested that PIs took up the open offer. The original RTO target was just too expensive, so the BOD didn't follow through on that one. As I put in my last message, we've been told that another target is being followed up, so I'm still hopeful.... Can not wait for news, definitely testing my patience!
RNS is out. "Star Phoenix (AIM: STA), an international company with an oilfield services business in Trinidad and an oil and gas interest in Indonesia, advises that it has not received the outstanding payment from LandOcean Energy Services Co., Ltd. ("LandOcean"), pursuant to the sale of Range Resources Trinidad Limited ("RRTL") by the agreed deadline of 8 June 2020. The total outstanding amount is US$1,534,611."
Looks like the placing was not underwritten, give Board and others seem to have some skin in the game, hoping for a positive outcome.
Anyone understand how the placing conditions have not been met?
Amina52, I also thought there was some cash on hand? Hence just double checking what others perceive? RNS of 29th April - "It is currently anticipated that the Company's existing working capital facilities will be exhausted by the end of May. The Company is in discussion with its existing major shareholders and debt providers regarding the raising of additional funding". If cash/funds are tight just trying to gauge the appetite of the major shareholders to keep the business going and even if there was a buyer purchasing a majority holding to do a takeover?
Do KSP & CG Corp and have absolutely no interest in business continuing? Has there been a buyer in the background recently? Do they have no interest in the company being viable? Itsagame, what's your view on the interests of the major shareholders?
The Gambler writes on Twitter:- "Shareholders should note that if the conditions to the Fundraising are not satisfied and the Resolutions are not passed the Company will not be able to continue trading and trading in its shares on AIM will immediately be suspended." Could someone explain why this would be the case?
For shareholders, pros, cons of vote on Monday??
Not going to disagree there at CC. BOU was my largest holding before delisting within the ISA, so extremely hacked off and would've preferred the possible extension to have resolved an RTO, with a change of exchange afterwards, if required!
Maybe simply Mr. G wanted some old assets from within Photonstar. Just something personal for him. There was an original RTO target, but that one proved too expensive at the time. I'm disappointed that the benefits of the ISA no longer exist. Allan Syms strikes me as being very professional and he has said, "I am pleased that we have identified an exciting target in the biotechnology sector and are working towards completing the Proposed Transaction". I will thus go on trust there and will just have to continue to try and be patient and hope that there is a decent upside after the shares start trading again, "on a recognised stock exchange".
RNS of 31st March mentions "shortly moves into the second year of a three-year contract with Charlton Athletic Community Trust".
Can't see that it can be downloaded?

EUA board astounds me. Thought I'd check in, over 300 posts on a Bank Holiday Sunday! I mean, just wow! I'm hoping for some solid and good news this week!! However, don't quite get how this particular board can post so much, compared to other suspended shares; BOU, SNT, NUOG for instance. Maybe 100 posts between them over this w/e? No, only one, so far.......
What percent of the company was purchased by ANTHONY LEONARD DALTREY, STEVEN JOHN KING, Sanderson Capital Partners Ltd and
BRIAN WILLIAM THOMPSON in late March? Around 60% wasn't it, there's your majority for a meeting surely? Has there been any signs of them selling on this recent surge in price? They must still have confidence and see value in the future for this small company?
Robinson, any justification/workings out for you to come to that conclusion? Would be very interested to learn and pick up your wisdom on that forward valuation.
I have taken some profit on the way up. Still holding quite a few shares. Given Twitter crew shouting last night for a fall, yet share price holding well. Must be something else going on in the background which the market values for the future. Will be very interesting to see events unfold over the coming few weeks.

If think the BOD here, already have their target in mind anyway.
