Brittany do we know how many CYK shares there are in circulation?
£5m funds to be raised for work programme @ say £1 per share, adding 5m shares to current share issue & warrants gives 54,216,666 shares after raise. If brokers note is a guide, then base £127m market cap, gives £2.34 per share? Not sure its correct, but someone else can have a stab at it.
I think for now it’s just you and I on here. Hopefully others will chip in.
Is there a telegram group for MMM, hopefully to be Georgina? Thanks for posting. A raise of £3m will create some dilution, but hopefully not much. There's a relatively small number of shares in issue and a relatively small free float too. Hopefully the RTO will progress smoothly and given the IPO target of around £58m, then the market should provide a swift rerate initially and the potential resource estimates looks huge!
Its good in that the wheels are still turning ......
Looks like merger may've fallen apart. I can't see presence of Maxify any longer?
Maxify website down?
Yes, I've seen continued marketing news. Did you read anything specific to the IPO? I'm assuming your great news is sarcasm, rather something your saw in print?
Someone should write to Nick Leeson

Be good if it was GCG information regarding a deal date, rather than Cloudtag.
Do we know if the merger completed, so that our SIM share holdings became Maximy shares?
A main listed shell is probably worth around £2 - 3m? Looking at FPP, which switched to a new RTO target of Hi Group. Always frustrating when you see that particular reorganistion might have a turn around time of around three months, in coming back to the market.
Keeping an open mind. Will await further news. Might do a small top up, at some point, if some funds free up .
Thanks.
Is there a link to the Telegram Group?
I'm thinking it must be something else, rather than funding that must be causing the delay?
Yes, invested. Just double checking that they do not need funds to complete purchase, which people are saying. £1.4 ish on salaries. 40% of GSX is £2.32m. They have been investing in other stuff, but that gives a balance of £3.72m, including the cash that was stated. Funding should be there? Wouldn't you agree, or have I missed something?
I'm just trying to look at what's in front and facts available. I did read the if. However, do we have any evidence that there are not enough funds in place to complete the purchase? £1.4m may've gone in salaries, so I will await the next accounts on that? £6m available to cover the requirements of any capital expenditure and operation cost. I am assuming unless anyone knows different that there is enough funding available to complete the purchase?
Nice reply K3NTY :-) As far as I can make out. Salaries might be high, but not totally unusual. It isn't a scam. Funding in place to complete the purchase, but this type unfortunately has the effect of driving down share price. People upset because dates put forward that have slipped by. Buying an exchange can't be straight forward. Many invested in the red and disappointed/frustrated with the time slipping by.
K3NTY had filtered you a while back.
"they have put a payment down to secure 50% of the GSX transaction. If vlrm own 50% are they receiving 50% of the GSX’s revenue? Not that I can see." RNS of 31/10/22 "Valereum Plc is pleased to announce that it has received consent from the
Gibraltar Financial Services Commission ("GFSC") to complete the acquisition of the Gibraltar Stock Exchange ("GSX"). " You don't start receiving any income until you complete the purchase, surely? Would apply to a house/flat that is rented out, that you might be purchasing.
