Chris, BOU's first target I heard proved too pricey at the time. Now maybe the cancer testing Co, they are looking at is the same target, just not sure on that. However, wasn't it also written up that Couer wasn't necessarily as clean a Co as it should be, for various reasons?
If EUA delists from AIM, then yes we lose our ISA benefits for instance, but we still hold shares and the company can relist either back on AIM, or a different exchange. I think overall it was a reasonable RNS and sale, or mine later, with flanks imminent.
I met and chatted to Alan, being the ONLY other shareholder to turn up to that vote, other than Antos!! I do not think Alan is there just for a salary.
Disappointed that we are not back trading yet. Disappointed that I have lost my rather large ISA holdings! Disappointed that the shares will not benefit from IHT relief, having now left AIM! Will look forward to a new company trading on hopefully a larger and more liquid exchange and to potential £m, if/when trading starts again!!! :-))
That's further news. Very pleased that the BOD have a target in mind.
Trading on AIM Cancelled. I hope there's further news!
Morning. Good luck to all.
Very disappointed with the probable loss of ISA benefits thats for sure! Have to remain hopeful of a successful outcome.
RBS was a bad dog and should've been put down. Didn't see too many bankers going to gaol...

I voted to leave. Got shafted by banks with Swap fraud! Haven't bailed out of market. I've three of my main holdings suspended. My 4th largest holding went up 33% today. Keeping fingers crossed and hoping EUA and others come good and we have some great buying opportunities.

I've seen the Company vehicles, out on the road, in London and on M3 for instance. I don't think they have branches, as such.
As has been previously posted, NAV can be calculated, taking into account future cash flow. Then perhaps, if I was negotiating I probably take into haggle over ease/cost of mining too and how much of this resource is going to be around in the future..... ? Would you let it go at a discount, or ask for a premium?
Fizzy, I think, best outcome is a dividend reflecting an asset purchase and then re-evaluation of share price, given residual value and reflection of new cash input. The BOD then go on to mine the remaining mine/s. Anyway, we'll see, but I suspect the price will come back way above the suspension price here!
Hey, Fizzy Wizzy, even if investors achieved just 1/5th of that value of over £1, wouldn't that be fab for all?
Fizzy, if untrue the twitter post would've and probably should've been denied, but it wasn't...........
I still can't get over the "fair value" given future discounted cash flow on SimplyWallStreet. £7.50. 99.0% Undervalued. Wow..... :-))
Worth a read of Times article in todays paper. Business Section. Gold vs Palladium. Advice is to buy Palladium, with demand being underpinned....
I managed to top up and picked up 500,000 more shares, on the Friday/Monday, before suspension. Above 7p, was wincing at the time :-), but no regrets and I would've purchased more, given the information we have at present!
