Not one single director has backed this share all year with their own money, and here we are with the SP sitting in the low 20s and still not a single one will step into the same place that the shareholders are and take a position. None of the sell-outs who got 90p+ for their ultra low cost options thought 50 or 40 or even 30p was value, don't even see value in in an SP that is now 1/4 of what they sold-out for.

Such backbone...if they don't see value in the directions they set for the company as directors, who the hell is going to see it ?

Oke the USA suddenly being "fundamental" was another odx twitter moment that I pointed out at the time especially as USA like everywhere else needs home tests, but the submission is for pro test. The usual subjects decided this tweet (!) met that ODX was going for self-test approval, or they knew pro use was just round the corner, or some other made up rubbish that suited their agenda. I enquired from walbrook and I posted the reply which was that ODX was basically scoping out what would be involved in a self-test application. I did remind the forum that the tweet was completely at odds with ODX full year RNS in Jul which stated:-

"COVID-19 antigen testing still remains a significant opportunity for us, although very much dependent on the UK Government's decisions as to test selection and timing".

The gov contract was the factor on which the significance of their opportunity was based, USA didn't get a mention in there.

My understanding is that a home / self use is a different submission. If Mologic does a home use submission it will be for their covios product. We have no knowledge whether covios and visitect use the exact same kit.

We do not know if the Visitect home test uses the exactly same kit of parts as the Covios test. If it does not, then usability becomes as issue, so it'll have go thru separate US based home usability trials and hence it's an entirely separate FDA submission.

one of the question I have asked in the Q&A is exactly this point, whether the visitect test can continue to piggyback on Mologic approval submissions in home use environment, as I suspect it can not.

On re-reading, It is possible that it is just lazy grammar, and that the past tense is referring to when it was written

Flashy500, my point is, it says "Phase two required". Why on earth put that in past tense, if the person replying on the 11th Oct is talking about a live,active contract they would surely say "Phase two requires".

given the original long stop was 1st April, 1st of OCT would seem logical as an extension (6 months), and the FOI reply dated 11th oct referring to phase 2 in the past tense would be consistent with that.

Is it possible this contract expired nearly 2months ago and we are only finding out now ?

I note a couple of things
1) the use of past tense when referring to phase 2
(‘did not go to phase 2’ not ‘has not yet gone to phase 2’)

Does this suggest the writer on the 11th of OCT knew the contract was dead ?

2) It also states the Odx contract was in place in Dec 2020. We were advised in feb.

Indicates nihilism also has not gone to phase 2. Phraseology suggests their contract is also expired, so no extension their either, maybe someone should email them in case they forgot the significance of the date, like odx

I wonder if a further FOI request would discover when the last Odx extension was I.e when the gov contract expired ?

Well I see SweetCordHorse lasted a total of 15 days on here. His contribution was immense and he'll be long remembered for really driving the narrative forward with his research and informed opinion
I recall his 2nd post saying he was entirely new to LSe and his 3rd post referring to the "infamous Jadam". His use of dehumanising words such as 'vermin' and 'infest' (appears he is a fan of Trump), rang familiar.
