No, you're wrong, the rose-tinted cohorts have declared that directors exercising options is a great thing. We can but hope more do so, because it means great news is on the way. And remember that old "its for tax reasons" ?, did he miscalculate his tax last week and just figure out he needed to pay more tax ? 300K last week, 450K this week.

And as for a job well done, this guy is a non-exec director for gawd sake. !

As I commented last week, this director holds ZERO shares in the company that he bought with his own money.

They can't be making an antigen lft, TT for the mologic one has not completed, Uk gov has not announced a preferred test. Exactly what test is Mologic make 1M a week of at the moment ?

I'm of the opinion that tweet and the previous one is conveying forward looking facts not otherwise conveyed to the market, ODX has not previously gave a foward indication of production levels. Capacity does not equal production.

If the above is true, it's contravening market rules to convey such information to a limited audience without previously conveying it via an RNS.

PA consulting was tasked to facilitate UK manufacture of LFT to 2M a day, assuming 7 days a week manufacturing (although ODX only works 5), that's 14m a week.

75M seems unlikely...has anyone done the sums, that's a test per uk person per day, every day, with 10M a day left over.

Where is the negative cash flow numbers in the results that would result from making and stockpiling 100ks of lft a week which is the implication of making lfts but not selling them ( no significant order announcements). Many of the rampers FOR MONTHS said they were knocking out RTC tests, that’s been dead in the water.

“Waffling about order announcements”, love it, someone invested in a manufacturing company that has not announced orders, and says it will, meaning there are no orders, but you see that as waffle.

I've very serious, as is ODX. ODX has said MULTIPLE times they will announced significant orders. ORD has not, in 12 months made one such announcement, save the 250k (note 250K was significant enough to be announced at that time) RTC order.

we are now several days from what was hyped here as unshackling day, RTC antibody orders would flood in we were told, UK gov not ordering RTC was the best bit of news ever...we were told. The world was gagging for the "gold standard" (remember that phrase) of tests. Order announcements....none.

I see many are in full hyperbole mode again.
£1.20 by monday, £1.50 by next week, massive contracts, 3 bagger, FOMO. £10 a test

A contract is coming, there are no orders at this time, there is STILL no indication that ODX an LFT manufacturer with apparently 1M a week capacity at this time is make a SINGLE LFT.

The level of consistenancy of ODX thus far in picking dead ducks is remarkable

If we take that tweet at face value, and there is no reason not to, it states that uk gov will have chosen and licenced test to ODX, ODX will have TTed the test, and have fully ramped up their production and quality control from next to nothing to their maximum capacity my latest end of April.

I’d suggest that points to mologic test being selected. Query is, if the mologic test is selected, why have GAD as the other known selected manufacturer, not announced government orders as they are already in position to do so ?

Well, thats absolutely definitive, from the ODX official twitter feed. Personally, I'd have expected such a definitive forward looking statement to be required to be made via an RNS.

you think people will be wwilling to pay £10 or £15 every time they go for a few drinks. Might work for the haughty taughties in the home counties, but I know where that LFT would be shoved in my local.

doing the sums about 50% of the director shares dealings today were EMI issued shares. The rest were not EMI.

Apparently, the narrative being proposed here is that todays sales are a massive buy signal due to EMI rules. What is not explained is, if this company is on the verge of expansion and breaching £30M gross assests, why did the non-exec directors sell their shares that are not issued under EMI, and also Harbison having "forced" to exercise EMI options, also sold 175,000 shares that he independently owned. Apparently it's a buy signal for us`, and yet directors sold/exercised shares they had not no obligation to.

Conclude for yourself.

The exec directors sold shares issued under EMI scheme, the non-exec sales were not under the EMI scheme.

The RNS makes it clear that some are under the EMI scheme, whilst sales by William Rhodes and Jeremy Millard are not.
