All promising in my view..

In the past few years investors have been holding back from “potential” and “jam tomorrow” companies. A companies value in current times is more inclined to mirror its annual income and saleable assets.

Yes, Mast are receiving 30+ million in investments but we currently only generate 9MW. Our market cap will increase with our annual earnings and power generation.

So if within 12 months we are generating 30mw I would expect a market cap of around 10-15 million or around 4-6pps.

Let’s hope there’s plenty going on behind the scenes, and plant development news is due soon.

2 years 4 months into Mast’s tenure and they have 1 plant in operation. Finances are now sorted. I wanted a timeline on current plant operations and possible future acquisitions. We have no idea where each plant is at.

Does Bordesley even have a gas supply yet?? No info in 6 months.

Come on MAST!! give us something

Can we please have updates on Bordesley etc, we’ve heard nothing in 7 months. Would be nice to know something has been happening behind the scenes.

I agree totally. A share in MAST’s position pre the JV was attracting mostly short term quick trade gambling chancers. For good reason, MAST was in a financial mess. Now it’s medium to long term future is secure. They have a plan and the finances to execute it.

Many more updates to come in the following months. All should be of the positive nature. Good luck all. I still believe 5p will be reached shortly as the more mature, mid term investor is attracted by our financial stability.

Looking promising. Patience hopefully will reward the brave.

I received an alert today..

The level of disclosed Short Interest in AFC has changed materially.

Short Interest has moved from 0.00% on the previous trading day to 0.51% today. That is a movement of 0.51 percentage points.

Hmmmmm…

That last 1p buy trade has been credited to my account.

I do have a pending buy at present but for way more than 1p.

1p has not been deducted from my pending trade.

Looks like I got a free share. 😃👍

How strange…

15million new shares have recently entered the market as part of the re-profiling of debt agreement. If these were issued at a value of .77p then I believe these shares are what are currently being sold at a near 100% profit in just a few weeks. Good job there’s not a huge volume of them.

Jv announcement due anytime. What happens to the sp then. 2p 3p 4p 5p, anyone’s guess. Exciting times ahead.

I find it interesting when sellers match earlier buy’s. Trades from 4.00pm - 4.30pm. It’s been happening a lot since the jv news. Someone is purposefully watching and selling into any progress. Todays numbers were small but it’s been happening for a while.

For what purpose would someone be trying to keep this down.

At this level no one is in profit territory, so something tactical is going on and has been for a while..

Personally I’d like to see to them below 50% controlling stake.

Paulus Venter has increased his stake to 15.64% gaining 1% in last month.

Between them 70% ownership. Not a large pool to around elsewhere, roughly 69million

22st may Kibo holding was 57.86%

Current holding 54.18%. (Simply Wall Street)

Drop 3.68% or 8,545,328 of total share capital.

Mast announced on 22 May in shares issue RNS that kibo’s holding would reduce to 54.91%.

They have now surpassed this.

Maybe the end of kibo’s sell off. Just in time for the Jv announcement next week. It all adds up.

Kibo has seen its share price slide a bit in the last 2 weeks, even after the jv was revealed. Could this be because they are reducing the share of their greatest asset. ??

But why if a great rise is expected on confirmation. Why not sell on 2p or 3p who knows.

Who would sell so aggressively

The big seller is being very aggressive today. Immediately selling into every bit of progress. At least 2 million a day, most days for the last two weeks. Lord knows how many they flogged on the 100% gain on announcement day.

Really suppressing this, WHY??

It must be Kibo..

It all depends on the terms.

Pure speculation until it’s announced.

Personally I expect a rise to 2.5-3pps short term. Then wether it stays there is dependent on news flows regarding plant progress, acquisitions etc.

In 12 months following JV I would expect a MC of around 10million (conservative) share price would dependent on dilution. I have a 12 month target of 5pps.

I made a couple of top ups elsewhere this week into my SIPP’s. I’m ashamed to say it but because of the negativity on this board it’s gone elsewhere. Maybe that makes me fool but it does grain on me. Current holding perfectly safe.
