So that would equate to 1 million profit per year.

Also, the asset value of the combined above would be in the 50+million range based on Pyebridge’s current Valuation.

Current market is only 4 million.

Why are you assuming that MAST only has the J.V. You appear to just be an disrupter/antagoniser..

At present know one knows MAST’s intentions for all the 30million. Much more information due in the coming months…

Increase activity today suggests to me that the update is close. These things are always a bit leaky.

Kread. Are you assuming Mast will have no ventures of there own, of which they will take 100%.?

A strategic decision was made to forego the pre-existing T-4 CM contract at a tariff of £8/kW/pa for the Pyebridge site in favour of applying for two new replacement CM contracts in the 2022/2023 CM bid window. Consequently, MED was successful in pre-qualification to bid for new T-1 and T-4 CM contracts. The Capacity Market Auctions resulted in a T-1 bid, which cleared at £60/kW/pa and a T-4 bid that cleared at a record price of £63/kW/pa.

It’s also good to hear an update from Rochdale. All plans agreed with local authorities. “Fully construction ready”. With funding in place MAST should be able to pick up the pace a bit.

It’s obvious you are a LC hater. Maybe with good reason.

Mast has been in operation for a little over 2 years. This funding secures operations for 5 years.

So much can happen between now and then. It’s too difficult at present to put numbers on future revenues.

Wholesale gas prices are falling, mast have locked prices in at a good level. Profits could soar.

Very good opportunity here.

You’ve read the RNS’s and digested the information. You know as much as anyone else. How you interpret it is up to you.

If the information you’re seeking regarding MAST’s road to riches existed, we’d already be at 7-10p.

Take a punt/don’t take a punt, that’s up to you. Although I have a feeling you’ve already made that decision.

Not sure what your motive’s are.

Mast are still free to obtain and construct new facility’s outside of the j.v using some of this money. 100% of money arising from these acquisitions are Masts.

Still plenty of opportunities to make money outside of jv

In March the top 18 shareholders owned 85%

In June the top 18 shareholders own 88%

This is even with the dilution from the refinancing. Not many around for us private investors.
