Volume’ at mast in the last 2-3 weeks have averaged between 7-12 million. I reckon easily 100-150 million traded between the levels of 1.2p to 1.4p over that period. Kibo own the rest of them. Once you add a generous mm’s spread of 7-12% it doesn’t tally to much of profit. In March when the initial j.v was announced we grew 140%. This share has much more to give.

I can see it perking up a bit here later. My moneys on tomorrow for funds to land..

Don’t forget we’ve been here 6 times since May this year. Understandably people are sceptical. But, (and it’s a big but) when it lands many will join the rocket ship. Question is, is it going to the moon or mars……. :)

Kibo are cashing in on the 30 million newly issued shares as part of a loan repayment as announced in a previous RNS. They need this money for their own financial commitments. Otherwise yes, they should wait until the share price rises. I’m sure they have little choice.

It’s better for holders of MAST for them to offload at these levels. They still hold plenty, and further share issue/loan settlements are likely in the future too.

One thing is fact..

MAST is about to receive funds which guarantees plant operations for years to come. It will also enable MAST to grow its own portfolio.

From where we were in Jan2023 which was a sp of 80p and practically bankrupt with kibo’s ownership at 58%.

Now we have funding secured, we have settled debt, and kibo’s holding possibly below 40% (awaiting TR1) yet we are still trading at 1.2p.

Big upside to come.

This investment JV will get the attention of many.

Lots of investors have had their fingers burnt by LC and are very bitter. Please do your own research.

Yes there will be profit taking. But on the exchange of funds we may see more institutions taking a slice. Let’s not forget these funds pay for plant operations for years to come. With this cash injection MAST have an opportunity to build on something.

You could be right. They could have easily offloaded 11.5 million in the last week or so. Especially on today and yesterdays volumes.

Kibo total shares outstanding as previous RNS 135,438,254 or 48.3%.

I think they’re still selling heavily in the rise. Some big sells going through around 2p-2.5p on 12% spread. No recent investors holding much profit at this level.

Kibo could be below 45% soon. The reins are loosening with every share.

Market makers heaven today. Lots scrambling for 10% profit on a 10% spread.

The moneys likely to exchange during trading hours. I would expect an intraday RNS.

At any time

The money landing will reaffirm to many, masts intention to rapidly grow its output in both the j.v and it’s wholly owned portfolio.

I reckon some large Kibo sales will show up later.

Gaining momentum again now..

Could still be Kibo selling into the rise. We know they still need the cash.

This shares been bouncing from 1p to 1.8p for months.

If we can get past 1.8p. We are away.

My target here has always been 5p

May slice the top off at 2.5p

Mast has been preparing for this cash injection for months. Many updates to come in the short term.

Will re-rate on transfer of monies. My opinion to 2p-2.4p.

Not many holders here in profit. Only Kibo to sell us down. God knows how many they intend to offload.

In the longer term, that’s good for this company.

Some apprehension from investors following months of delays regarding the j.v. As soon as the first 2 million lands this will subside and there will be lots of new interest.
